This post is for all the people who don't read gbadev.org.

Haven't tested it out yet... But I've seen video footage of racing on tick tock clock in online mode from a related hack (a loader).

1) Dwedit: No dubble posts! Only press the "post" button once.
2) Kyoufu Kawa: That would make both:
a. Another waste of a post.
b. An off topic post.

3) You aren't a mod.
4) You posted a -one word- reply in a thread that was made double by accident. There was no reason you needed to.
5) STFU, plzkthx.

Oh, and considering that you've been pretty thick headed over the past few days, I'd like to warn you about that so...consider it a warning. You aren't a mod, you don't reserve the right to tell other people how to post, and you can barely post on a tolerable level as it is...so don't tell people what to do when you can barely do it yourself.

Rankatt, I'm tired of people being mean to me! Everywhere I go, there's a bully there! At PokeComunity, there's Pika2, Starman.net, there was EarthBoundPlayer1028 ("was," he turned good), and here, theres you and Kawa! Not only am I leaving, but I have 1 last message before I leave:

Well, are you happy now that I'm leaving?! You can consider that my Christmas present to you.

Maybe people would respect you more if you put more thought into your posts. ROM hackers respect intelligence. Show as much as possible.

Considering the large amount of crap in that post and considering that you are in the mindset of not changing your ways? Sure, why not. You do us all a big favor.

Well. I've dealt with Cat Lover before (starman.net ) and I have to say that he definitely has his heart in the right place, but his brain is located somewhere near his butt.

Cat Lover, you definitely need to realize that backseat moderating is a form of hypocrisy in the way that it lacks contributions to the conversation anyway. I mean, it would have been slightly better if you actually said something interesting along with your post, but meh.

Yeah, and anyway, another one of your weird problems is that most of your posts (especially new topics) are abstract ideas with no foundation whatsoever. If you're going to make a new topic (albeit it's probably a bad idea anyway), at least tell the people what the heck your topic is about before jumping into the technicalities. You definitely seem to have this problem where you go directly to the point of the topic and don't explain what the heck is going on, like "chrono trigger hacks topic" and such. Your single EarthBound hack, "Freebound", is the embodiment of your personality in the way that it makes no sense, has no foundation and cohesion, and the basic ideas and strategy guides are taken from somewhere else or aren't finished yet yet implemented anyway.

If you could just try to think about what the heck people are going to say about your post first, maybe it'd be okay?

CRAP I'M A HYPOCRITE I HAVE NOTHING TO CONTRIBUTE OH NO

I heard about the extra tracks on 1up messageboards. But then the only way to do it was to cotact Parasyte and have him hook you up to them. It's pretty cool that it's now in patch form tho. Nintendo should of left these tracks available.

I've tested the hack out, and it works great... I'm just having major problems finding any opponents. I don't know if using the hack makes Nintendo filter you out, because I haven't been able to find any opponents except a couple noobs who aren't fun to play against.

Almost always, it will find an opponent, then remove the opponent within 10 seconds. Sometimes it finds two, then removes both. On very rare occasions, I've actually been able to play someone online. The extra tracks worked perfectly, it's just that I was playing against noobs who suck at the game.

Are the connection issues just me, just from using the hack, or just normal WFC issues?

Nintendo's Wi-Fi server has been acting up over the past three days. I'd say it's nothing to worry about. You've seen it before if you're an online gamer :/

I think the patched rom just reads data off the DS cartridge as normal, so it will work on anything that can load .nds files, as long as mario kart ds is in your cartridge slot. It works fine on my GBAMP.

From the readme:

4) Insert your original MKS Game Card into your DS[/qoute]
If you patch the ROM and then play it from your backup device, why on earth would you need the original cart in?

I've heard that these tracks don't work perfectly online because some objects/hazarads are random in courses. So when people play online, the Chain chomps like in Peach's Garden run around randomally and thus creating desync. Because of these random occurances, these courses were not meant to be played online. Can anyone prove this desyncing problem?

That could have been easily fixed by assigning each player connected the same random seed or whatever the hell makes the same outcome. Lazy Nintendo

Or just make seprate, online versions of the tracks that don't act randomly, but the same every single time.

Would it honestly be that hard?

It's great to play all tracks online. I'd like to see my opponents faces when I choose one of the hidden tracks though. ^^ Like "How the **** did he choose that track?! WTF!11!!1".
