Eh. I have also completed it. That sequence of final bosses was... Annoying.
Also, I dunno, you can go back to before the rescue if you so choose, can't you? |

@ alastor
Upon further investigation, I noticed that Stuffwell would offer to teleport you back to before when you found Peach. I actually never bothered to hit the save albums past that area :\ My review will be edited accordingly... |

You two already completed the game already?
How long did it take to beat the game? The first one took me 2 days to beat because I played it during the summer nonstop. I bet this one will take 2 days because I will play it nonstop during Christmas Break. |

It's a 15 to 20 hour game. I finished it in 16 hours.

So I take it's longer than the first, or about the same length?

Darn you Alastor! You stole my thread. Anyways,I also have it. It is quite fun. You get to fight Mrs.Thwomp. Also instead of Fighting Bowser at the first with Mario like in SuperStar Saga you fight Baby Bowser with Baby Mario. The game is short, but I still haven't beat it cause I have been at my aunt's and I usally don't take my DS there.

I must admit, this is a great game. There aren't as many enemies as I had hoped, but those in there are unique. I love Koopeleon.
I have a question, though... (Warning! If you haven't yet reached Gritzy Desert, don't read this!) Spoiler:
I mean it. Don't read it if you haven't at least beaten Sunnycide. At last! I have 90 beans! I can finally afford Fawful's Ulti-Free Badge! The only problem is, I want to know what the Treasure Badge does. I have a feeling it's linked to the Pidgits on Yoshi's Island somehow, but if I buy it, I won't have enough to buy the other. (Treasure: 60, Ulti-Free: 90, Current amount: 96) Anybody know what the Treasure Badge does? So, yeah... |

Good for you on getting the ulti free badge. I got the exp badge instead, stupidly. It's not even that much exp - an extra 2/5ths... So I had to go play one of the minigames in the volcano until I had enough beans. That was not a <3 time for me

From what I've heard, it's pretty good. I really hope I get it for Christmas...

The treasure badge guarantees an enemy drop If you kill it with a bros. item. It does NOT guarantee the rare drop, it only guarantess A drop. If you want rare drops more often, raise your stache.
And the pidgit's bags show it's carrying a smash egg with it if you kill it I beleive. If you kill it wearing the treasure badge you get a smash egg. I've only tried a few times though, so don't take my word for it. I never bothered with the ulti-free badge since I found the lesser badges much more worthwhile (treasure, stomp, Coin A, (Not EXP A)). The bros items are either easy to get from drops or buyable very cheaply. I know a trick to get money FAST using the Coin Badge A. |

Hmm... good point. *Buys Ulti-free*
By the way: ~520 damage with Copy Flower. Beat that. |

Well, as much as I Spoiler: Did 3010 damage to the younger shroob princess with one red shell (one hit KO) Did 3016 damage to the elder shroob princess's first form, after I had already done about 450 damage in counterattacks. Could only manage to hit ~1500 on second form because I couldn't use red shells (used copy flower instead.) That was all with a dynamic badge A on Mario with a red pepper in effect. |

I beat it! I beat the game!! Woohoo!!
In regards to the final boss: (MAJOR SPOILER!) Spoiler:
Are you sure? Positive? Okay... The final final boss was a lot easier then the second-to-last boss. All you have to do is dodge 20 fireballs and you beat him. It would have been cooler if there was some kind of Shroob version of the Mario Bros. like Shroobio and Shroobigi. The music for Princess Shroob was strangely very peaceful. It seemed more fitting for a menu or something. It's kind of sad that this game only has 64 different enemies while Superstar Saga had about 100. They just made the areas longer and put more of the same enemies in it. Not to mention they used Goomba twice. And they didn't use the Blooper! You know, the one from early screens? |

Yeah, but it was fun anyway
I just... I kinda wish the game was longer, y'know? |

Sure. Spoiler: Inside the giant stature, right? Isn't she awesome? With the teleporting and the energy blasts and whatnot... Anyway, to start off, which badges do you have? I recommend at least one Ulti-Free Badge. Unlimited Bros. Items is pretty handy during the battle. You can get it at Fawful's Badge n' Bean Shop for 90 beans. Also, get a badge to increase attack power, such as the 1-chance badge. If you need strategies, I can tell you 'em. Just give the word. |

I just got M&L PIT for Christmas and I have to say it's okay.
So far it's been like the classic megaman style. My point of view: The caltle is like the boss select screen and you choose which one to fight. ( You can't go everywhere at the begining though. |
