Ok, a long while ago I played this one game on Playstation at my friends house and it was one of the best fighting games I've ever played.

I cannot remember the name of it for the life of me nor any of the characters name. But what I do remember is you and your opponent are in a field and the view is like that of the old GTA games and you're able to shoot energy beams at each other similiar to DBZ. Does anyone know this game?

DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi is similar to that but it's for the PS2. I got my kicks out of sniping people to death with Krillin in that game.

I dunno if that's what you're looking for though.

No, it is not a DBZ game. As far as I remember it had nothing to do with DBZ or anything Dragon Ball related.

Does everyone remember the first 3 grand theft auto games? How the view was like watching World's Wildest Police Chases? A helicopter point of view? The view was like that in a game. You're in a small field and you punch in different combos and get different kinds of energy blasts. AHHH I wish I could describe more but that's all I can remember.

Yeah, I think it's Destrega you're talking about; I have that game... and well, that came to mind when I read your post.

A quick search on eBay turned up this auction. Clearly not TOO rare, or if it is, it ain't exactly something the collectors are going for.

Heh, I knew I recognized it. I thought this game was amazing the first time I played it.

GoCP: I used a character that had lightning powers and sent a long chain of lightning at him making him unable to move.
