You would have to some heavy fucking hackage to make most of that work, because some of those tiles are used in multiple spots.

It's best to say, that for your own health, stay the fuck away from your greatest dreams and do something different.

First, you would need to add all those graphics, which would be hard because SMB doesn't actually have any free space for graphics. Then you'd have to hack the title screen tilemap to include them.
