Create dynamic text boxes with the variable names "Password" and "UserName".

Apply the following code:

if {
(UserName=="YOUR USERNAME HERE" and Password=="YOUR PASSWORD HERE")
TYPE HERE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE TRUE
}
else {
TYPE HERE WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE ANYTHING BUT TRUE
