I haven't heard that particular riddle, but I've heard one which is quite similar:
(note that I'm English so... it's pence and pounds not... whatever): There are 2 coins which total 55p. One of them is not 5p. What's the other coin? The answer is that if one of them is not 5p, then it must be 50p, therefore the other coin must be 5p. |
