I'm getting attacked by debug messages and copies of people's layouts above the pages whenever I enter them. Any reason for this, specifically?

Example:

SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG HERE ... WHERE AM I BEING CALLED FROM ??? Array ( [useranks] => 3 [username] => Metal Man88 ) - (END) THANK YOU ^^; ... SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG HERE ... WHERE AM I BEING CALLED FROM ??? Array ( [useranks] => 3 [username] => Metal Man88 ) - (END) THANK YOU ^^; ...
