The game runs way too fast. For example, in Pokemon my character looks like he's running fast when he's not. How do I fix this?

It would help to know what system you are hacking for and which Pokemon game specifically. Without knowing anymore all I could offer is just adding a loop to the main graphics function and try changing the amount of times that loop is run to adjust the speed of the game. Make sure you put it somewhere that gets run exactly once per frame.

This is not a hacking but a general emulation problem.

Originally posted by ShogunPenguin This is asinine, we have to at least know the emulator you're running, maybe even how fast the framerate is set, if you have a throttle on, if you have turned off the sound, etc. Please come back when you have this information and most likely it is a simple and easily fixed problem. |
