Okay, without photoshop this has been a real problem.
First off, I make a lot of custom colors in my images. After saving the image, my palette is lost. I need to know the EXACT RGB values to put my custom/ripped graphics into my hack. I hate guessing and comparing, that takes too much time. This also applies to other things as well (don't move this). What can I do to get these precise values? |

i was going to say photoshop and use its eyedropper tool but you do not have that. Unless you keep track of the colors you use...or make a palette in the picture (i.e. what artist due when they are painting...all the colors they need on their...palette) there isn't much you can do. I do not believe...
anyways--ms paint also has an eyedropper tool... |

I'm fully aware of the eyedropper, it's just that I cannot look into the color properties.

after you select your color, go to edit colors, then click on 'Define Custom Colors' and the eyedropper color will be selected

Maybe I can help with that. Look closely at the screenshots... what do you see? (Hint: Look at 'mouse'.) |
