EDIT: Nevermind. he had his scroll-lock enabled... I just didn't knwo that, he asked me for help over the phone.
Whenever my dad tried to use Excel, and tried to move between any cell with the arrow keys, all the cells would move, and his cursor would not move. Now, whenever I've used Excel, onyl the cursor moved. Does anyone know how to change that back? I don't know it he'd finding it difficult w\to work with because t's so distracting for him.
