Okay, the new episode just finished airing in my time zone.
Ha ha. That was brilliant. I loved it when they had that montage of death scenes. |

The gas leak and spike pit were my favorites. I still like the idea of "accidental drive-by shooting." | |||

I just got into this series recently. Bought the season one DVD 'cos of how good I've heard the show is, and I LOVED every minute of it. I liked all the pop culture references and stuff. And man...J.G. Thirlwell (of Foetus) doing the music... How cool is that? In the Brisby Land episode, when the bodyguard Mandalay is first shown on screen, you hear the first sound from the Foetus song "Mandelay" played, and that rocked so hard. And in one episode, The Monarch even mentions a guy named Jim Foetus. Ha ha.
Oh man...and the opening of the one episode that the dialog consists mainly of dialog from David Bowie's "Space Oddity" and "Ashes to Ashes"... That was so glorious. This show is great. I don't have satellite or cable so I downloaded the season two premiere. That kicked ASS! |

Originally posted by Alastor the StylishHell yes. The running with scissors one was my favorite. That and the one where they were playing football and some random thingy just crashed out of nowhere. Rando is into this show, but I'd never seen any of it until this episode. I'll be watching it more often. It was a real laff riot. I can't even begin to describe its style of humor, but it WORKS. |

The creators worked with the creator of The Tick, Ben Edlund, and apparently he's written a season two Venture Bros. episode. Coooooool. (edited by Abnormal Freak on 07-02-06 03:47 AM) |

This show just keeps getting better. I love the Hunter S. Thompson reference in the third episode and Hank's character is getting better.
(Attempting to avoid implications of sounding gay) I miss Brock's flowing hair. It added a lighter side to him but he's still cool. |
