Click here to see what would happen.
Obviously fake, but watch it anyhow. It's badass. Of course, there are tons of flaws. Big Ben would NOT be left standing. They ignore all tectonic activity that happens while it is going on. And it's obviously not a meteor. It's not even an asteroid. It's more like a volcanic planetoid or something. And the animation itself looks fake. Plus the Earth has been hit by asteroids billions of times more powerful than the Hiroshima bomb. So don't worry too much about it. The odds of this happening are slim and none. |

I watched it.
And I know for sure I can survive that. Also, I highly doubt that if an object of that size were to actually hit Earth that any buildings of any sort would be left standing. Hell. I wouldn't be surprised if aliens were watching our planet when it (and if) happens. Alien A:"Hey, look at that. Something is heading towards Earth" Alien B: "Yeah, Do you think they will survive?" Alien A: "Maybe, they always do. Don't worry about it though. Nothing bad will happen" Alien C: "Hey guys. Hmm...do you know where Earth went? I mean, it was right here just a second ago" Alien A "...." Yep. I even have fictious conversations between aliens in my mind. |

The odds are such that you have better odds of winning the lotto twice, I think. :\ Plus the next one that's coming "near" here isn't for a while yet. I think it's in our lifetime but it's not imminent.

Thatīs probably the most badass movie Iīve seen even if the risks of that happening are astronomically small.

That was pretty cool.
If you look at the movie when it's at 2:00, Earth looks like it has a mohawk. I've seen better movies about this, but this is one of the only ones with a happy ending. I wish it was in English. |

At leas it wasn't one of those 1 hour shows on TV about it. Those can really scare people. |

Why should I?
I hate most movies like this. Not even if it looks cool. (Yes, I did change my mind.) |

Metorites hardly needs to be that big, to be a threat for the earth as whole. (Or rather, the live on Earth. The Earth as a orbit around the sun would be pretty hard to destroy
Eh, that movie was pretty bad for severeal reasons. |

The lack of the Moon in that video ruins all possible credibility.
And I'm pretty sure explosions aren't shaped like that. Also, I would like to point out that the video has incorrect times. It says 7:20, when the video itself only lasts 3:49. |

If the end of the world were to end like that, there wouldn't be any point in running away. So excuse me while I pull up a lawn chair when the world ends. But, heh, the world will end up dying a much more different way, right?
That'd be like the time my dad stood in the driveway watching the tornado half a mile away. I guess we're all just curious... or stupied. |
