Someone thinks that I don't be likely to be as a Staff Member. Well, It's True, because I'm not worthy to become one and follow their rules.

It doesn't matter how many people vote. Some categories don't get a lot of votes for one reason or another, so... whoever has a vote or two would win. It doesn't really matter. But obviously, the more people that vote, the nicer the results will be
