| Ok, I borrowed it from my friend, and it's SO ------- AWESOME!
I used Alcohol 120% to make an image of it (I Used Safedisk 2/3 mode) and mounted it as a virtual drive using Daemon Tools. I booted it up, re-installed it, and executed it through the start menu. It booted the image up and was running just fine (not including the Graphics glitches because I'm on XP). When I was making the image however, it said read error at 1335 and kept saying read error at a bunch of different numbers. That must've popped up at least 40 times. I see NO problems (though I'm still on the first level) and I was wondering if this is normal, or if the game will or possibly mess up later on down the road. EDIT: Found out it's supposed to do that. Also, Where is the Fix patch so it'll run perfectly on XP (I downloaded one but it was a for the older 1.00 version, I have 2.03 version of SS2)? Any really, really good tutorials on how to use ShockEd level editor? (edited by cory21391 on 05-31-06 09:45 AM) |
