Theenks, I'm not going to have any cereal tomorrow morning. Anyone want a generous helping of milk jello? It tastes a bit like cheese, I think you'll like it! *keels over and passes out*

It sounds interesting and horrible at the same time. 200ms!? *shudders* It doesn't look like it takes up as much space as CounterStrike yet I don't get that much lag on CSS.

Imagine this board if it never restarted... take Newgrounds for example. NGBBS has been running since 1999, it has THOUSANDS almost a million members but alot of them are little 12-year old twirps that pose as 15-18 year olds. I'm actually thankful for the board restarting... more than once... I hope we gain more quality members that don't just say, "helo my nem am pokemonashketchum5, liek gimmie an awnser 2 maek mi smw hak plz kthnx". I've actually grown to like this board a little more despite my grizzly reputation in the older boards. It's good to start a new slate.

Kindof a vicious cycle now that you put it that way Metal...
Maybe if you turned up "Dragostaintea" in the store you'll keep a lot of people out... then again, you'll attract geeks. Wow, this is difficult!

To give your artwork more purpose in terms of the image, let me introduce the Principles of Design...

1.) Focal Point
-You need to draw the attention of your audience. Whatever is important in your image needs to be seen clearly. You can emphasize the main stimulus by modifying the size, color, and other stimuli (ie, arrows pointing at the main stimulus).

2.) Unity
-Keep one persistant style, something all your stimuli have in common. This could include color scheme, brush strokes, patterns, etc. This also helps your image appear less busy.

3.) Variety
-Use different shapes and sizes to make the image less boring. I know this sounds contradictory to unity but it can be worked around.

4.) Balance
-Does this mean symmetry? No. Even out everything in the image to make your composition more interesting.

5.) Space
-Another principle to keep your image from looking busy. With a lack of space, you can get ugly results and confused viewers.

6.) Scale
-Keep things in proportion. Good use of this principle can enhance the depth in your image.

7.) Rhythm
-A static image is a boring image. Liven your stimulus by changing the shape.

8.) Economy
-Using less to make more can definately help draw more attention to the focal point.

Explaining artwork as an artist
If you're serious about your work, explain...

-How you utilized any of the principles above
-The purpose of your art
-What inspired you to do the piece

Affirmations as an artist and a viewer
I cringe everytime someone posts a great piece of work and some empty-minded cabbagehead says, "Very nice work! I LIKE IT!". Is that all!?

If you consider yourself an artist or a critic, give an objective opinion BEFORE stating why you like/dislike the piece.

An objective opinion is a non-emotional comment dealing with how the image was created. A subjective opinion is why you like/dislike the image. Please, if you want to make your opinion count, show them that you know something about art before giving the artist a thumbs up/down.

Wow, needless to say, you're really pushing foreward with this SMB hacking and making some HUGE progress, I'll give ya that. If there were SNES versions of your hacks, that would own more than having a PS3.

You would hate how most teens act in my neighborhood. You'd be very surprised... Some stores need it, other stores can do without it. A debatable topic, I don't see why this couldn't be put in the Debate forum instead.

I know about as well as I'd assume everyone else knows, that normal mice suck. They manage to accumulate all this gunk underneath. I thought an optical mouse would be a better soloution however, the thing is equally annoying.

Everytime I would move the cursed piece of junk, the mouse would at any random moment, dart all over the screen. Most of the times, it would point at one of the the upper corners of the screen and cause me to close out of my current program.

How do I fix this?

"I dare you to drink that chunky milk."
-"No way dude! You do it! I know, let's get Mikey!"
"Hey Mikey come here!"
-"Mikey likes it! Mikey likes it!"

That would be unfortunate...

"Yellow Ledbetter" - Pearljam

A calm song, the guitar is perfect. I can play the tune on my bass. This is a nice song for quiet time and is very soothing for a rock song. Another classic.

Dude, shouldn't they give training to people at a fast food place before putting the employees up for cashier jobs? It sounds like you actually live there. Taco Hell, though overused, seems like a suitable name.

I've been working for it for awhile but my metabolism tends to eat up my weight really quickly. I don't know how I can get rid of it. I sometimes wish I could take it out as an object and give it to someone who wants it.

Tamarin Calanis: Have they ever slept on your consoles?
Alastor the Stylish: Senior year, fun but it can be stressful. I wish I had a backbone grade, at least I don't have to worry about it anymore. Didn't need an SAT either.

I'm on a 2x4 plan. 2 years in community (for an Associate's) and 4 years in a university (for my Bachelor's). I thought it would be smart to at least get familiar with the prerequisite material before stepping foot into the expensive classes.

I'd have to agree with Kyouji here and Tamarin Calanis is right too... The comic lacks anything funny. This simply won't float.
