The ones in blocktool don't seem to behave quite right, from what I've seen. The original blocks will jump up, leaving a blank space where they were in the meantime, while the ones in blocktool from what I've seen merely spawn the sprite, leaving the original block in place during the process, which looks... sloppy.

That's funny. I didn't know Dusclops was in G/S/C... Apparently I didn't look closely enough. And I rather like Misdreavous... only shiny I ever found besides the red Gyarados.

Hypnosis... and Dream Eater... and TOXIC? That is an INCREDIBLY mixed/messed-up moveset, just given it can only be asleep OR poisoned, not both.

Of course, I don't play competitively at all, so... yeah. I'd probably actually run the hypnosis/toxic/ml/DE set, since I only ever go against the computers.

Ooh! Shedinja! So awesome... but so weakened because of the existence of dark moves... It had such potential, too, but everything the computer has seems to have Bite, so it dies constantly...

GBA flashcarts tend to be bigger than GB/C ones (I've never actually heard of a GB/C one, so...), so you can just throw the roms on a flashcart and play a bunch at a time. Seems like the reason to me, at least.

That, and playing them on a DS.

Sounds like another rumor. Lots of those floating around... Wait... something you need in order to get a job or bank account... like your social security number? Typically don't need that card on you at all times, but you need the information from it... how would this be much of a change?

Skyon: There's no point in putting microchips in your head or hands. It's just a stupid, stupid idea, even without the whole christian thing going on. Much more practical to throw them in your arm, where it won't HURT LIKE HELL TO LIVE AFTERWARDS.

In other words: what does the old testament have to do with Jesus? Using two of the OLDEST books of the Bible does NOT prove anything dealing with someone who taught essentially the OPPOSITE from them.

I remember back in the old days when there was a Zelda Hacking Forum here, there was a sticky saying "THIS DOESN'T INCLUDE ZELDA CLASSIC, THAT GOES IN GAME CREATION" but in different words and not all caps.

I've messed with it... it is pretty cool.

Are you sure they can't consent? They have claws and teeth, you know. If they were going to say "No", it would be in a way that it would be rather, well... noticeable, I'd think. Of course, it's still possible to overpower them, but... I'd think in some cases, it would be consensual.

As for why it's considered wrong... I'd go with the whole gut-reaction "Ewww!" thing. People tend to be quick to go against anything they deem unnatural.

They had Tactical Espionage Expert, which was similar but not exactly a reference to Solid Snake... All the -itsu monsters were based on the Parodius series... Yeah. There's a bunch.

And the thing about Gradius with the option as an effect would be better represented by Victory Viper XX03, from the next set, which can either increase its own attack, create an option, or destroy a magic/trap card on the field when it destroys an opponent's monster.

(One of the less known ones: Ryu Kokki is the final boss from an NES game. If I'm not mistaken, Getsu Fuhma is from the same game.)

EDIT: This is why you don't sit on a post for a while before posting it.

What kind makes them attracted to dolls? Corpses? Blood? There are a LOT of weird conditions out there, so it's kinda hard to say that one's worse than the others.

Kawa: I read something different, at least dealing with the female ones. But then, I also read that the male ones have like... foot-long, prehensile penises, so... anal/vaginal/oral sex is somewhat not advised.

Well... first things first: That's not begging the question. The term you want is raising the question, if anything.

The point of avoiding judgment deals more with the irrational knee-jerk reaction that a lot of people have when presented with certain things. If you hear about someone being a criminal, would you not assume that they're bad people? What about the ones who merely made mistakes, or did things needed in order to survive. A felonious robber isn't always one who broke into a bank and stole all of the money, it could just be one who stole small goods three times. Or, a felon in general could be someone who forgot something in their car when they went to school.

The point is not to pass judgment without all the relevent information.

Unfortunately, a lot of palette info is still unknown... It's bad when you change a palette to the point where all the graphics don't fit it any more without altering all of the other palettes for the palette-swapped things.

That's... a Boo.

Well... the first image's ground palette doesn't look quite right (although the YI background looks rather nice), the second's bricks directly above the lava seem a bit too bright (the rest looks good, aside from the slight glitches in the top of the background), and the OW is kinda... unimpressive. I definitely don't like the path with skulls and keyhole blocks around it, and the ice one seems a bit like it would be a tad too... linear? Doesn't look very inspired, at any rate. The grass one needs edges on the water, and the secret world one... I don't know... seems like it would benefit from a combination of curved paths and slightly altered fortress graphics. If nothing else, Bowser's Castle seems not to fit in too well with all the tall fortresses surrounding it. Perhaps you could put a few more behind it to keep the look constant, changing the flying Bowser sprite slightly to fit in since it's not in shadow?

Sorry if it seemed a bit harsh, but... it could use a bit of work, and it looks like it's definitely in early stages, when it's good to see what's wrong so you don't repeat it and have to rework 3/4 of the stuff.

what are you talking about?, you can change almost every pallete in the game with LM, change wich one sprite use with MWR, and most of the remaining one can be found in the SMW ROM adress thread

Are the stretchy-turn-block things changeable yet? I haven't seen anything on that... nor the sprite for when you hit a turn block, or the little brick fragments, or much of the other things that use Mario's palette.

The V: You have to export the graphics to file and then edit it with something like YY-CHR or TLP.

They do. Your problem is that a few of theirs differ from yours. Now... I need to ask: Who has the right ones?

I'm personally COMPLETELY pro-choice. As long as it hasn't been born yet, it's still pretty much just a parasite. If the mother's life is threatened, it's an even more significant event. You can get a new fetus, it's kinda hard to bring back a dead (fully-developed) human being.

Of course, if someone gets pregnant when they're still not out of high school or something (barring rape or something of the sort), I'll look down on them just as much if they get it aborted, have it adopted, or keep it.

I rather like tomboys. The pure, 100% feminine girls are boring, and don't seem like they'd make very good friends... and the term is girlfriend, so... Yeah.

Of course, I do prefer they have SOME femininity to them, and being cute never hurts, but... I'd want someone to relate to. Of course, my definition of "cute" is almost always "whichever girl I'm attracted to right now", so... that tends not to be a major factor.
