In the end, Cal is a great place but it may not be right for you--I know some people who went to "lesser schools" (i use the word VERY loosely) and are happy.
I know you mean well, but as an undergrad at another UC campus, that attitude really irritates me. Yes, you go to Berkeley and that's great. Yes, Berkeley is an excellent university. But for God's sake, do NOT refer to other schools (especially other UC campuses, but I digress) as "lesser". That takes away from all the hard-working students and faculty across the country who make their institutions the best they can be. I know you're trying to get across the "find your fit" idea, but your choice of words is something that has stuck in my craw since I came out to California.
okay, bad choice of words...I apologize. I don't make a big deal about the school I go to. But when people hear I'm here, they have a completely different attitude in comparison to saying something like going to another school. Some students choose their school because of reputation and that is the wrong reason to select a school. But it in my experience, there is no way to show them that notion without resorting to comparison words

And that's why I don't use Windows. (well among other reasons, including lack of stability and lack of security)

that's a little bit exaggerating don't you think? most programs don't have such a detailed installation processes nor does it have to reset the computer it seems all the microsoft related ones like office and visual studio do...

I'm left handed, but I use the left side shift, ctrl, and alts 95% of the time. The only time I use the right side stuff is when I'm typing with one hand or I want to do the three finger salute with one hand.

holds help if you have middle relief pitchers. Saves are for closers and most of the remaining stats are for starters. So, having middle relief might be a sign of a good all-around team? so, i'd go for holds...

My school has no religious affiliation. Generally, Spring Break always includes Easter in or around it, to avoid kids missing school.
That's how mosts schools in my area are, I'm surprised to see it's so late compared to other places in the country/world.
it is the same in norcal as well. Before I made it to college, my break always hovered around easter.

anyways, my break starts tomorrow, after my japanese test

if it weren't for the new rules, there wouldn't be a shootout, let alone a chance for the blue jackets to come back from a 3-goal deficit

This treats the Gamecube controller as another joypad. I have a PSX-to-USB converter. It works great, except that I don't have force feedback support (but that to me isn't that important).

The only issue I have with my adapter is that it maps some of the buttons inconsistent with some games that do not allow you to re-map buttons like (Madden 2001 > As a result, it may be a little difficult to play some games with the controller.

I read somewhere that only 4 people in the entire SI.com pool, or some big sports company pool picked all the final four participants correctly--compare that to ~1,200 the year before.

Anyways--who do you guys think will win? I'm going to go with the cinderella, george mason
