| Zekt just smirked more, just as he and Daedalus sent mental signals to Lan, indicating their need for their armors. In seconds, their bodies were covered by data, Zekt's gray at first, then later black, while Daedalus' was only red.
Then, the data cleared, and they were both standing there, ready. While Zekt might look familiar to Dynamo, however, Daedalus had a more 'normal' crimson armor, which included a facial protector. His boots, elbow armor, and shoulder armor, however, were yellow. The most focal point for this armor, however, was the large metallic toothed blades that was hanging in his head and back, the latter far larger, and the odd formation for his buster, with a larger opening than it seemed likely. DIN-000, codenamed Metal Man Mk.II, was ready for battle as well. Zekt was the first to move, unsheathing a scythe and rushing towards Dynamo, goading him into an attack. If he didn't, he'd try to strike him down anyway. |

| As he prepared to move, however, Zekt dashed to the side...
...and a Metal Blade flew towards Dynamo, having apparently been released at the same time as his rush. Zekt had already stopped dashing, and began a real strike this time; in these conditions, Dynamo would likely be able to succesfully defend against only one of the attacks... but two might be too much. |

| Zekt barely managed to dash out of the way, cancelling his move, but another Metal Blade had already been sent towards Dynamo.
As the satellite appeared and attacked, Metal Man hopped away, throwing another Metal Blade, just as Zekt threw his scythe towards the satellite, destroying it. "So, you want us to come on to you? Fine... by the way, you did want a 3 against 1..." Zekt sneered, as he took his scythe again. Those barriers seemed to be common with them Hunters... but perhaps they would have a good strategy against it soon. |

| Off: Well, sorry for using the rules from HIS dimension to explain the way HE sees it.
Additionally, it'd be impossible to counter against probably 99% of foes... Ud, currently, is in the 1% left. Explanation will come either in the bottom of the post or in the main dialogue... whichever comes up first. ____________________________________________________________________ Just as the energy/magic blast was about to strike Ud, he slashed it in half, the energy focusing only on the sword... before dissipating, as well as the glow did. Ud panted, the sword apparently extremely heavy for him to hold now, to the point where he had to take it with both his hands... but he smirked again. "You... you were pretty smart, trying to nullify my full powers... and I admit that I wasn't ready for that... but..." he panted, before raising his sword towards him, snickering. "Thing is... you just can't undo this little sword... not without a level of power above hers... and it wasn't, so..." He began to walk towards Zerodius, sword in hand, ready to smash the hell out of that robot shrimpman. "You may have stopped me from using all our spells at will... but I still can beat you up!" ____________________________________________________________________ Okay, here's the explanation... While he's assuming a defensive stance (indicated by the previous posts), the Mana Sword can nullify ANY energy blast that can destroy anything smaller than a planet, without major side-effects. While energy drains, additional damage, and other side-effects are still sufferable, the effects are not as strong as if he had been hit full-on. And before you state 'OVERPOWERED!' (which I doubt, but anyway), remember that he is using the power of a goddess, which can give some benefits like that. |

| Zekt spun lower, blocking the attack with his second scythe, being pushed backwards. As Dynamo reappeared, another Metal Blade flew towards him, a couple of seconds before Serenade appeared. As soon as the attack began, Metal Man hopped overhead, dashing and shooting another Metal Blade.
Zekt chose this moment to begin striking at the barrier, trying to shatter it. |

| As the electricity would begin to traverse through the chain, it seemed to spread wider and wider... to the point where it was nearly the size of a house! And just a few seconds before it reached the end, it seemed to be cut, with Jake only holding one paperclip... before making a whipping movement, and the chain moved accordingly, striking Schwa... and shocking him!
The chain returned to its previous position, on Jake's hand... and he took the tip with his other hand. "Were you saying something?" he asked, as he began to walk towards him. |

| Although the shot did hit Zekt, he merely grumbled before grabbing Dynamo with both scythes, and spinning him around, before throwing him towards the Jelly virii, in the hope he'd crash on one of them.
Metal Man threw Metal Blades at each opponent, rolling and dashing between the waves, trying to not get hit. Of course, the same could not be said of Zekt, who got hit with a Water Wave. |

| Moving faster now, Ud grumbled. "You're not getting away like that, shrimpman!" he screamed, as he began to run now. Even if he wasn't as fast as Zerodius, he still was running fast enough... and once the missiles were close, he slashed them in half, bracing himself for any explosions that might come.
If they weren't very strong, he would try to attack Zerodius again. |

| As Dynamo was moving, Metal Man was already attacking him, trying to aim at where he would be moving towards, hoping to catch him off-guard. However, he was not fully ready to defend himself from the Fishy3, thus he was caught by the explosion.
Zekt merely began to spin his scythes around his body, blocking the Fire Bolt, a moment before dashing towards him, attempting to grab him again with his scythe. "Let's see how much do you like your face mangled, pretty-boy!" he taunted as well. |

| Zekt grumbled, but pressed a button on each scythe, beginning to send more and more plasma towards them, in a hope to shatter that barrier.
Metal Man shot his Metal Blades at BeastMan, being forced to jump over the strikes. If he landed and the Navi was gone, he would then try attacking Dynamo again. The three attacks struck true, but Zekt kept forcing the blades more, hopefully shattering the LifeAura; if that happened, even if Dynamo jumped away, he would be moving with him - and then, it would be his turn to play... |

| (OoC: Okay, okay, fine... but he would have been caught off-guard, so that was just a possible lead-up. But eh...)
Jake sent the chain to intercept the top, the paperclips releasing themselves and forming a large barrier around him, stopping the attack from proceeding. Jake merely snorted, but let the barrier absorb the next attack, although he had to force a grid around him, like some sort of birdcage, keeping the clips still... but he would never be done if he kept the defensive game, so... |

| Metal Man snarled, before dashing away a second before the electricity touched the ground, avoiding the vines as well. Throwing Metal Blades, he tried to attack mainly Dynamo, but also the virii.
Zekt allowed himself a smirk, just as the attacks began to strike his armor. "You know... if the damage I take didn't all go to my armor, I'd complain... but rather, EAT PLASMA!" he screamed, just as his holographic probe came out from behind him, and generated another Zekt BEHIND Dynamo, a second before disappearing. Both Zekts then proceeded to strike with overloading plasma scythes... and despite the LifeAura's resistance, the strength would be enough to overpower it. (OoC: Yes, this time, it does enough damage to surpass the LifeAura.) |

| Metal Man hopped and air-dashed over the vines, knowing how the moves went... but he took out the larger Metal Blade from his back, and threw it towards the virii.
-(-Metal Boomerang. Anti-barrier attack; delivers the equivalent of 500 points of damage once meeting a barrier, the amount being subtracted for each barrier overcame; retreats upon dealing maximum damage OR enemies are damaged/destroyed.-)- Zekt smirked, as the copy pulled off... and he began to slash at Dynamo, forcing him onto the air, before dashing underneath him and striking him over and over... before throwing him down onto the ground, where the other Zekt took his chance and struck his torso as well. (OoC: Dynamo is fine... but below 75%.) |

| Zekt barely avoided the move, the several gashes in his armor evident, while Metal Man took the hit while picking up his returning Metal Boomerang. The third shuriken flew towards the probe... and passed through it.
"Please... would I leave it so easy to destroy?" he asked, as both him, the other Zekt, and Metal Man attacked Dynamo, the first two by throwing their scythes, the last one by throwing Metal Blades. |

| To his surprise, the scythes returned to the Zekts once released, and both the real Zekt and Metal Man dashed towards each other, before Zekt intercepted the Sonic Boom aimed at them with the recently received scythes... while the one aimed at the fake Zekt passed through nothing, as he rushed towards Dynamo, trying to strike him down.
Metal Man and Zekt stood behind Zekt's barrier, weathering the attacks, while the other Zekt passed through them easily, striking whatever was on his path. |

| Zekt stopped defending once the electricity began to run down the ground, before pushing Metal Man to the side, hurriedly, where he landed away enough from the bolts. They did hit Zekt, but he took the hit, even if it was painful to get up again...
The second Zekt, by now, reached Dynamo, and began striking at him over and over, trying do knock him down... or worse. Zekt smirked, however, as he saw the Sonic Blizzard... before dashing at an extremely high (and not normal for most Dash Thrusters) speed away, trying to reach Dynamo again, avoiding the Firaga Tower as well. Metal Man was just attacking with his Metal Blades, dashing away from any attacks that could come up. |

| Sabata grumbled, as he pulled his brother's coffin from inside the mansion they had just 'liberated' from the Immortals. The battle had, unfortunately, been quite a difficult one. Django, having been forced into his vampire form, had barely managed to destroy the Undead boss... and now, they had to return to San Miguel, where they'd locate the next enemy.
Sighing, he stopped in a large clearing, watching the sun. Sitting on the coffin, he had this feeling of dread... but it was nothing, he presumed. Now where was Otenko?! |

| To his surprise, the second Zekt came ahead of him, trying to intercept his Katana and HeroSword attacks with his scythes.
Metal Man grumbled, dashing away from him, throwing Metal Blades as well. Just as ShadeMan appeared, Zekt rushed overhead, and struck towards his head, attempting to destroy the Navi soon. "Dangit... how hard can it be for YOU to be hit, man?" |

| While Zekt and Metal Man were stunned by the flash of light, the other Zekt would take his time now to attack Dynamo, as he was not affected. Metal Man cursed in binary. 'Tarnation! We can't keep it up... that Reploid is a lot stronger than we thought!' he relayed by their personal line, letting Zekt hear his thoughts.
Zekt put one hand on his eyes; thankfully, he was not blinded by the flash, thanks to his visor, but unfortunately the flash HAD hurt his eyes, so now he was just waiting to recover his vision. 'It's only due to the outside interference... either we find a way to stop it, or...' The battle Reploid smirked. 'Or we use our own.' Metal Man turned towards Zekt, apparently astonished. 'What?! But that's even below your own tricks, Zekt!' However, Zekt just smirked more. 'Sometimes, a cheap trick can only be beaten by a cheaper one. By the way, rush away, the Shade Man Mk.X is coming at you from the side!' he informed, having chosen a motion detector as his main form of sight for now. Metal Man sighed, just as he shot several Metal Blades at the incoming opponent, while backdashing. Zekt waited as he detected the Count appearing, although he did not understand what exactly were all those things that came up as well. Thus, he was unprepared to face the spikes that came from the ground, and was struck in the back, his armor cracked now. (OoC: Zekt isn't blind, but the flash did stop him from seeing for this turn. Metal Man is blind. The second Zekt isn't blind nor stunned.) |

| At around that moment, Lan came in contact with the two Reploids. 'Hey guys, what's up?' he asked, recognizing the calls Zekt and Daedalus had sent him. To Dynamo and Youko, however, it would only be detected as communication between the two, at max.
'We're currently facing off against a Maverick Hunter... but problem is, the guy's got some outside help!' Zekt explained, as his vision was restored slowly. Metal Man grumbled, as he began to attack all the bats, not really trying to locate any weak points. 'Also, the guy called in a partner who is a lot like Shade Man... only he's creepier!' he muttered by infolink, trying to avoid any new attacks that could come. Lan blinked. 'Whoa! Just give me a couple of seconds, so I can pull in the information from the database about bat Reploids! Meanwhile, is there anything you need?' Zekt gave a short nod. 'Try to see if you can't scramble the signal he has - we won't be lasting much longer as is, at least not without some heavy artillery!' Lan nodded, and blinked out of existence for now... -=- The fake Zekt seemed to be keeping up with his speed, although he stopped attacking once Dynamo leapt away, and threw his scythes at the bats. Zekt rushed towards Dynamo, trying to attack the Reploid, although he'd likely be unable to for now. (Note: According to his data, it seems that Zekt is below 25% of energy, while Metal Man has at least 50%. The other Zekt has no energy.) |
