DV: Dracoon, with a 1961 Gibson EB-Zero. Though he's not the last person I'd run around whacking with it.

Skydude: It could be much, much worse. But I mean, if you shaved your arms, it'd still be noticeable. Fortunately, there are many people whose arses are hairier than mine.

Warsong Gulch is fun.

Warsong Gulch is even more fun when you're a shadowspec priest with three warlocks flanking you...

Mr. Kirbynite: I would save the kitten. Totally. But I mean, if Sky was going for Weezer's Make Believe, I don't know if I could hold myself back.

Danielle: Oh, I would buy a house, furniture for the house (maybe a nice Chesterfield or an Ottoman), a K-car, a fur coat (not a real fur coat, that's cruel), an exotic pet (like a llama or an emu), John Merrick's remains, a green dress (not a real green dress, that's cruel), some art, a monkey (haven't you always wanted a monkey?)...

But I wouldn't try to buy your love... That's already taken. No, I've got something else in mind.

Sky: Sometimes ya just gotta let it all out.

DIVY: Raw wasabi sauce.

Dracoon: The simple fact of the matter is that when we meet up, we are destined to fight each other. There's no way around it. You and I are supposed to have an epic battle and such.

Danielle: Grey.

Wurl: Yes, it's quite a pleasant place. Now, if you want street hookers, STIs, and rampant sex, you go UPtown in RI.

Sky: I think I would, yes.

Danielle: The favor thread was just an experiment, and nobody redeemed them after a while... But sure, I'll help you with some math again. Just say the word.

Thoughtless: Heartless? Seems like a sweet name, considering the recent release of Kingdom Hearts II.

Phil: A.B.A. all the way. The other two are hardly as awesome.

sddfsdfsdfsdfs: Yeah, I like the original when I was like, six. I wasn't allowed to watch it that often because me and my friends would try to play fight afterwards and we always ended up hurting each other.

Skyd00d: Short, sweet, empathic to my needs as a man and a person in general, caring, shares common interests with me, preferably a brunette, smells ok... The trick is finding a girl that combines all of that stuff into one.

Wurl: HGLAHUGLUAHGUHAGLUHAGLUHALGUHALGUAHLUGHALUGAHUGH. Note the period. It means I'm serious.

Danielle (what, again?): Yeah, I used to hate rollercoasters, but now I love the ones that go upside down the most. Though, I can't really take inverted steel coasters (the kind that hang? They make me nauseous). I much like stand-ups and bullet-train coasters, though wooden ones can be a rush too.

Phil: No, he doesn't, yes, I would, and sure, why not? I pretty much don't work Friday nights.

Sky: Like I said, common interests. I'd be in paradise if I could play video games with a prospective girlfriend. However, I've had bad experiences in giving up my hobbies and friends for a girl before, so I don't want to make that mistake a second time.

Iori Yagami: I'm surprised you're actually the last one to get this.

Sam: Fuck you. It's 167 times longer. Or some crap like that DEAR GOD I NEED SLEEP SO BADLY

Still in the air, Grey pulled out his baseball bat and swung it at the Death Ball, slicing straight through it!

Grey: "Dimension Blade!!!"

He landed on the ground after another splitsecond of flight, and upon closer inspection of the weapon in his hand, one would see that it was no longer a crude club of sporting equipment, but a two-dimensional object of such, giving the impression that it was either a sprite from a video game, or somehow psionically compressed to the point where it could slice through literally anything...

...Including Jack, which Grey tried to demonstrate in another mad rush at Jack, aiming a sweeping strike at his midsection.

Grey grinned as his eyes stopped flashing, his body stopped glowing, and he stopped radiating psychic energy for just a moment.

Grey: "Brace yourself."

All of a sudden, all three began once again, intensifying by the second, until from Grey's palm exploded a series of blasts of psychic energy! Like buckshot fired from a gun, it spread out at Shalandra, glowing blue, red, green, yellow, changing colors as it spun through the air until it split into three separate shots: The first, a dazzling array of laser-like beams of light, rushed straight at Shalandra, flanked by the second two: A pair of shots that curved upward and downward, centering in on their prospective target as the beams met. The three collided in the air in such a way as to suggest that even if the attack were to miss, there'd still be an explosion of psychic radiation that Shalandra'd have to deal with...

"PK Rockin' Beta!!!"

Grey went in for the final blow, dashing forward and bringing his bat into existence. He leapt into the air, raised the bat high, and came down hard at Shalandra, aiming a quaking downward strike at her midsection! As the bat fell, it glowed with psychic energy, bringing a wider area of force into its strike range that promised to knock anyone that happened to be out cold back into consciousness, if only for the purpose of knocking them out a second time.

Grey: "Home Run Finale!!!"

Johnathan heard the gunfire and roused from his dozing...

'Oh, goodness no...' he thought. It was happening again...

Train robbers were the worst of the lot back when he was a railroad engineer. There were the money-seekers, the kidnappers, and the hijackers, but the worst of the lot were the scrappers. People who'd jack a train and stop it just to take the engine or the wheels or the furnaces. How they got away with it was beyond Johnathan, but somehow they did. It was what caused him to quit the business, outside of his ideas being laughed out of any kind of symposium.

He rose from his seat, and took one look at the stewardess before grabbing the pitcher of water off of her cart and downing it in several seconds.

He'd need the ammo.

Ark's kick, however, was not only aided, but utterly overpowered by a strange, small object that came flying in from the clouds like a flesh-colored missile. It struck the minotaur, and actually stretched its innards behind it with the sheer force of the kick that it delivered. As soon as the rest of the minotaur caught up, however, the being hardly let it fall into the pit.

Instead, it rushed with a near-untrackable amount of speed behind the minotaur, aiming another kick at its downwardly-angled back that slammed it several hundred feet into the air.

The being sprang off the ground and over Lily's wall of fire at the brutalized bovine, easily clearing the hundreds of feet that the minotaur had flown and delivering a blazingly fast series of punches and palm strikes at its stunned body before suddenly disappearing in another burst of speed and reappearing behind it (still in the air, mind you). The being, now clearly identifiable as a young man (to anyone who could see that far with the naked eye), produced a small wad of force in his hands, which were brought together as a small object embedded into his wrist began to glow brightly...

???: "True Rexious Strike: Rexious FORCE!!!"

At the shouting of the word "force", there was a loud echoing effect as the ball of force was pushed at the minotaur. It caused the minotaur to begin flying at the ground, with the young man flying after him. The minotaur collided with the ground and bounced several times, one of which caused it to go flying over the edge. Not to be outdone by gravity, the man dashed at the minotaur one final time, did a short hop, and slammed his leg down at the cow creature, sending it speeding off into the abyss. He sprang off of the minotaur's body with the kick, and went flying into the air one final time, doing several acrobatic flips as he sailed over Lily's wall and landed in front of the group.

The young man was tall, with short blonde hair and well-prounounced features. He looked the very picture of youth, not a day over twenty if there could be an age attached to him. He was lean, and incredibly handsome, as if he had been groomed without fail every day of his life and born with a silver spoon full of vitamins and protein in his mouth. His eyes were a shining blue color, large, round, and expressive. He had no beard, and instead boasted a complexion unblemished by age or sorrow, with nary a wrinkle to be seen. There was but one problem with his appearance...

...He was wearing Sigmund's tattered brown robes and sandals.

"Miss me?"

The man flashed a confident smile at the group, and raised a knowing eyebrow at Lily.

Trigger commands are supposedly a context-sensitive battle command. Kinda like being able to execute certain special moves at certain ranges, but more like Dante's devil trigger in DMC, or, say... being able to roll out of an enemy's way in Wind Waker when the time is just right.

Okay, so we've got a bunch of problems solved, and a bunch of new ones have risen.

Previously in my life, I was worried about getting 3000 dollars before September, among other things.

This problem has been solved! I now have more work hours, and have been getting more money as a result. Imagine: I can actually meet my expenses. I'm also doing well in school, though I really want to do better, which I'll touch down upon below.

Now, for the real problem:

It's no secret by now, if you've been paying attention, that Dark Vampriel (currently known as Iori Yagami) and I want to meet up and see if we could possibly have some kind of relationship. That's good, right? I think it is. We share a lot of common interests, and I like talking to her a lot. There's just a few problems.

Our primary source of communication is, of course, the internet. Now, I'm not always at home. I work, I go to class, and I hang out with my friends. The first two are far more prominent in my life. I also sleep.

Sleep is very important to me right now. Since I've begun talking to her online, the amount of sleep I previously got dramatically decreased. It was okay for a while, because I was still talking to her and I was fairly happy. Then I started falling asleep in classes because I was going to bed at 5 AM and waking up at 9-10 AM to go to class. I can't live like that. I also can't bear the fact that I become a jackass when I'm tired, I get cranky and I hate the world.

Get more sleep, you say? I would, but DV wants me to talk to her. I want to talk to her too, that's all fine and dandy, but what's the use of talking to someone if you're just gonna be a bitch to them 'cause you lack sleep? Couple that with the fact that my work life usually lands me home about an hour or two before I'd like to go to bed (around 11 or 12), and basically she's sad that I'm not spending enough time with her online. But at the same time if I don't sleep, I start failing classes. I can't do that! I have goals, and ambitions, and things that I want to accomplish. I have this need for competency and comprehension that encompasses nearly everything I do nowadays.

But I don't want her to be sad.

So what do I do? She's sad every time I end up leaving her online to go to sleep, she's sad whenever I come home late because I work at a job, and she's sad when I want to go to bed early 'cause I have a lab in the morning or a meeting or appointment. I don't wanna make her sad, but I want to have a life.

I'm starting to realize that this is very much like it was last year. I really hope this isn't a repeat of last time. I've asked her what to do, and I told her to sleep on an answer, but somehow I get the feeling I won't really have much to work with when that happens. She keeps insisting that she can't change, which is fine, but I want to know if we have to cope, or if we have to stop.

Johnathan: "I would determine otherwise!"

In a truly cinematic move, Johnathan sprang up and out through the roof of one of the railroad cars, conveniently landing right above Glenn! Ice swirled around him in the headwind of the speeding train, as he snapped his fingers and the hooves of several of the outlying Gerudos froze into the sand, sending their riders flying straight forward!

'A move like that is far too risky to try with the riders that are closest to the train... What else can I do?' Johnathan thought for a few seconds, and looked to Glenn in desperation.

---------------

The stewardess would be surprised to note that a small, very very cold stack of coins was left atop her cart as Johnathan leapt...
