| Ha, it really was expected that the PS3 would come short in terms of numbers and the mounting(in Japan) numbers of malfunctioning units. CheapyD(of CheapAssGamer fame) has a video of some odd glitch on his ps3.
Problems will continue to increase in the near future. There are few games coming for the PS3 that make it a console and not a PC. I would really like to see a price drop in games and the system itself but I would also need to buy an HDTV(one that is in the compatible range, that is) when I could just upgrade my computer for a fraction of that. I am thinking there is a greater chance that for a graphical upgrade/addon for the wii than a reasonable price set for the ps3. It's nice to see with what few reviews are up on some sites that the ps3 does not have too much of an edge as a more powerful system. | I have never really liked coffee in the past until more recently when I actually did some experimenting and found that I actually enjoyed regular coffee(in the past I only liked the "fake coffee"-- frappuccino and frappuccino esque stuff and coffee flavored ice cream) with some half and half and sugar.

| I got one this past saturday without having anyone wait in line for it. It's a pretty short story:
My little sister calls me up while I'm at "work"(it was lunch/break time) and tells me that her friend called her up and told her that the Toys R Us in the area had a few left(they announced it) and my sister told my bro who was coming home from taking the GRE. My little sister called again later but I didn't pick up and was wondering from 12 until I got home if we got one. It was a pretty well kept secret. I found it there sitting on my bed. Luckily, my brother preordered Zelda months in advance and picked it up the week before. I only got to play the Wii for around four hours but man, what hit me first was how ergonomic the controller was. Just....wow. Everything rocks hard. The only thing is that when connecting to the Shop channel, it sometimes takes a long ass time or doesn't connect at all. If the Wii improves on a couple of things, it might become way super awesome. 1.)Online Multiplayer on the VC.(will attract those who use emulators) 2.)Ability to purchase an exact amount of points to buy stuff like the PS3 has. 3.)Someway to fix this strap breaking issue. Although I find it stupid that people have not realized movements don't have to be so....extreme? I'm not disappointed at all. I am hoping that the Wii makes DS esque games which may not be the most impressive in terms of visuals and such but have their own sense of style and ingenuity that make them...fun. |

| Yea, I played it last year like once. I played as the Sacrier class. The style is really cool but I couldn't really get into it. Although at the time, the full version wasn't free. Maybe I'll check it out later. One problem I noticed was as a low level Sacrier with few abilities, I had no defense against those Sram's shadow guys' stone throwing. There was never enough information on the site, so I'll ask you;
1.)Are there group pvp battles or just one on one? 2.)Do different weapons of a type(such as different swords) look different when equipped? 3.)Is there a lot to do in the world? |
