| My friend Eric Alverez died on a subway... like wow three or four years ago. He was kind of an idiot, and he rode on the side of one for like a couple of feet but he ended up getting caught in the door and the train didn't stop... so at the end of the platform..... yeah.
They really need to watch out for kids doing silly things. And there have been cases where someone was just leaning against the door on the inside of the train.. and the doors opened while the train was moving causing people to fall out. They can be mighty dangerous. And it's not like what Eric did was very smart... but face it.. everyone knows people like that... and you don't want them to die like that. |

| Having been involved in the drug distribution culture before, sometimes those guys are just retailers, the "manufacturers" are the ones raking in the big cash, and being accused of funding terrorism to some degree of accuracy.
Okay no. It's our government's fault that it's being used to fund terrorism. Because we let other countries sell it to dealers here... because we don't allow our government to make money off of it. the SMART thing to do would be to legalize it... garunteeing that the money goes to our government and not terrorist organizations. |

First of all  .
I know exactly how you feel. I want to be a doctor as well, and join doctors without borders. I'm not the smartest person in the school.. I do 85-90 typically... but I'm not like the kids who get 99s on everything and are going to get a 2400 on the sat. I just can't compete with alot of these students.. it's just a simple fact. When I get to college I'm scared that's happening to you is going to happen to me. Same thing. Funny thing? Math and science are my least favorite subjects... I just want to help others so bad that I think I could sit through years of it to achieve my goal. I suck at math to. I don't know why you need so much riculous math to become a doctor. It's truly ridiculous. You know you can go to a medical school outside of the US anywhere in the world... I bet they're not nearly as competitive. That's what my moms friend's daughter did... and she had a 3.5 gpa. Another key factor is realizing where you're at. If you really feel you can't make it into medical school.. consider becomming a nurse or something. I mean, you're still helping people... and that's what's really important. I mean you're human.. you have limits. Not doing what you planned isn't failing.. you just need to find something you can do well at. Your niche. |

Hahah.. I can't believe three threads were made. That's redunkulous. Thank you so much guys. Today was like the best birthday EVER! In school.. my friend baked me a cake.. which we all ate at lunch... and like the cafeteria sang happy birthday to me. My friend got me three shirts and a card and stuff.. [=. My sister, this is funny... got me a dimebag. Hahah.. made me laugh much. After school basically hung out... then I went to Arirang with like 20 of my friends. Arirang is a local japanese retaurant where they cook food like right in front of you. And they throw food at you... you catch it in your mouth.. they set things on fire and junk.. I dunno, it's awesome. Our guys name was Dicky, which my friend Ronald was very immature about.. but it was funny. After that people were chilling in my house till about.... now. And I didn't drink, but I did smoke a little bit just before... I'm barely anything though at all. I wanted to be here for my birthday.. so I saved it for like the end. If I had my conector cable.. I'd totally upload pictures of my day. But I don't (bump buuump)... But thank you everyone... still can't believe people cared enough to actually make a thread. Makes me super duperly happy... | Yeah but... the women gets the last laugh if he does decide to rape her.
I think it's a brilliant idea... until you actually thing about it. First off, you couldn't garuntee the proper use of it... and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to wear that thing 24/7.. like come home one night to my boyfriend or something and be like "hold on... I gotta take my anti-rape device out". Seems kind of.... more than a turn-off.. weirdish. |
