Alas, I'd help you, but all I know is that you have to get some weird shoes in-game before you can gain all of the special level-up things. Perhaps you should check if you have gotten those? Besides that, uhh... try Gamefaqs.

I'd play it myself, but they ruined what made the games fun for me.

I have the ability to detect this is not much of an ability! WoooOOoooOOO!!

If you want weird abilities, though, I have the ability to screech high pitches with my voice, and no clue as to why that's possible.

None of our presidential canidates look or act all that good. Until recently they all looked to be relatives of skeletor, and one can never tell what Obama would look like, given a year in politics could chop that healthy look off his face.

I also dislike the fact two major parties run the show--what about the more moderate or pragmatic ones? Can't we emphasize the issues, like George Washington did, and ignore parties?

150% of statistics are made up and used for bias, and 1000% of them are completely pointless. 999999% of 'meaningful' numbers we worry about are actually worthless and mean nothing.

I have converted from FAT32 to NTFS for sake of my data's future and integrity.

Do you want to comment on that too? I mean, sure, it's an important conversion, but not to the large peanut gallery which is currently looking at your topic and shrugging.

I have played up to the guardhouse. Well, as far as I could get before losing my mind from constant death.

I'm not a bad gamer, ya see, but the first part of the ghame left me no hints to go find item #1, and it definately didn't tell me where to look for yet another important passageway to that guardhouse. And once I got in there, it went from pointless wandering to constant death. I had about 4 hearts and no sword, and guards of all kinds relentlessly chased me through the castle, killing me repeatedly.

Now, had I a sword to kill them with, this might be challenging. Instead, it has been pointless and annoying. I'm amazed that most people got as far as they did, and consider the hack 'doable', however it needs to either point you in the right direction somewhere or give you a way to attack. Otherwise it makes me think that Link is some sort of kamikaze, running through an insanely guarded guardhouse with no weapons and no armor.

It's not that this is 'serious business', but I tend to worry about the hacking ability of a person who takes 3 years to create the equivalent of a Zelda meatgrinder.

It isn't about difficulty, but rather the game is very, very unreasonable in that it expects you to dodge guards which can move as fast as you without any weapons. Even a wimpy weapon would be helpful. And I hear you can get bombs, but.... nothing tells me that is possible, so I just wander into the place and die 50 horrible deaths.

Imagine what less experienced gamers get out of it.

Not so fast, Mr. 'Delete and hide post', I have you right there.

Anyway, I think this is a battle as to what constitutes skill. Mindless deaths, in my opinion, degrade the game.

I don't see much demand for it, mostly votes. Forte.exe and you sound like the only people who have writing which is posted but needs its own forum to be appreciated. Perhaps if there were more writers here and they clogged up the Art forum with writing.

After some insanely frustrating normal play, I managed to discover that the difficulty continues to scale upwards throughout the game. Oro's stuff is far more challenging than frustrating, but going inside a dungeon gets to be frustratic and masochistic. Again, I never said this hack completely sucked, but it's an incredibly mixed bag.

And yet they don't go "This is really old. Welcome to 1944" when they do World War II documentaries. Now, whether or not it has been posted before and/or run into the ground is another matter. While I've heard about it, I haven't heard that much about it. Still, makes me wonder if you could port Windows 3.11 to it.

I would have enough to keep inflation from increasing in the US, and destroy any money that would cause inflation otherwise. I would be interested in using my vast assets to stabilize the economy for everyone; saving money when there is a boom, so that it can be used to get the economy back to normal when there is a recession. That way, everyone could enjoy the money to some extent.

Most of their team deserted, and they had constant bickering within it. With the Sonic Xtreme fiasco their original selling power decreased, and without their own console they seem to have given up on engineering their games to take advantage of all the power they really should use.

Finally, Yuji Naka no longer is involved, they dumped the original voice actors, and Jun Sunoue wasn't even used to make the soundtrack for 06, thus making their soundtracks crud too.

SEGA sided with Sony and Microsoft, too, shafting Nintendo people who had originally liked and bought their games during their brief resurgence on the Gamecube. They're just... lost.

Actually, they ported Doom to the GBA too, and it actually was done nicely and got good reviews--the same platform Sega utterly failed to port it too, even though Sonic Battle and the Sonic Advance games used it effectively.

I believe the problem is that one has taken Setz's argument and applied a slippery slope to it, saying that he wants children to die when in reality he merely laughed at this bizarre occurrence. I do not believe he wants random children to die or that he hates children; rather I believe he has been pointed at for laughing at something considered taboo in many cultures.

Also, nearly all the new Sonic games share the same storyline frame, engine, and characters. So it's like they're re-releasing Sonic Heroes/Sonic Adventure 2 over and over again. Except making it worse every time, increasing what's bad while destroying anything good. Like the music. So it isn't that the old games are impossible to reach in greatness (Sonic Rush was pretty good, barring an absurd storyline) but they just don't seem to be trying anymore.
