| I'm taking the same test as KATW, apparently. Exactly the same format, on the same day, in the afternoon.
I'm happy about it, though. I know my stuff, and I absolutely love history. But now I'm wondering who and where KATW is... I'm going to have to stalk him or something. |

| Well, with more thought on the matter, I realize it was probably a poor decision to jump hastily to sign up for this. Over the next month or so I'll be ridiculously unable to spend large contiguous amounts of time on the internet, and I doubt I'll be able to schedule anything.
So yeah, despite how horrible it feels to do so, I'm going to have to drop out of this before playing any games at all. My apologies to everyone who has waited for me. |

| Kuroi's eyes flicker open. He takes a cautious look around the room, his eyes moving slowly, not lingering on the objects in the room as those of a normal person might. He swings himself into a sitting position, and begins to think.
That's really the advantage of experience. A hero, a hero probably would have rushed into the street, and then... what? The hero would have to think of what to do next, and would look stupid in the process. Kuroi has seen enough seconds pass him by to cherish and savor each one he recieves. So now he waits, and considers his position. After all, when dealing with people who have no respect for the sanctity of prayer, it is often wise to assume other erratic behaviors. There's probably someone else in this room... They saw him summon his statue, and if they're so determined to stop him from praying, they'd need to guard him. Sadly, it's obvious the prayer will have to wait until he can be sure of its completion. It is rude to be interrupted. The second ends. Kuroi decides to wait, to see what his captors have in store for him. |

| I disagree with your condemnation of X6. It's not the best game in the series, but it's not totally worthless, either. Only a few of the levels had design that really angered me (The dragonfly and the ice wolf), and the last level was supposed to be way too hard, that's sort of the point of it being the last level. It makes up for how all the other levels were very easy after you knew how to beat them. The bosses aren't as easy as you say, especially the first couple of tries against things like High Max. Less animations and lack of translated names are purely visual flaws, and they detract very little, if any, from the fun of playing the game. The music is not techno, but arguing someone's music preference is futile, so besides that correction I won't try. I always thought some of the appeal of the X series came from trying to untangle the storyline, so contradictions are my friend.

Anyway. Starting here, I'm introducing another kind of puzzle. Actually, a not very sneaky way of using longer words. It'll look like this: Puzzle Whatsit: Nothing > Blackboard Ordinarily, and I'm sure you'll agree, this would be an impossible puzzle. However, the idea here is that you split each word into two or more component words, using each letter exactly once, without changing the order of the letters. No Thing Then, solve each of them like a normal puzzle... No Thing Not Thin Sot Than Sat Tan 
Sac Ban Sack Bar Lack Boar Black Board ...and join them together. (Though the number of steps here matches, it doesn't need to.) Blackboard It'll be up to you when you need to use this. You're not limited to breaking and joining words at the start and end of a puzzle- Sometimes you will want to do it in the middle. I'm bored of small numbers, so puzzles are now worth 4 points for a single winner, 2 each if there are two winners, and 1 each if there are three or more. Good luck! The slightly short man covered in light purple fur passes through the glass and metal doors, causing less destruction than the laws of physics would like to dictate. He turns and looks at them for a moment, his silver robes catching the light in a way they probably shouldn't, then frowns. His very large purple cat ears droop slightly, and he twirls his silver staff idly in his right hand. Turning back to Imor, he speaks softly despite the piercing glare delivered by his pitch-black eyes.
