Just act the way you normally act. If it's portrayed as cool, that's great. If it's portrayed as nerdy, rock on. It hardly matters.

 I was a sad noob. But I got the hang of it once I ventured out of the newbie forum.
I enjoy sports, but I don't find the time to watch them anymore, with work and school and all. I used to play softball as well, I was pretty damn good. Now I just watch a football game here or there (love the raiders), and hockey (go kings) whenever I can. Hockey is really fun to see in person, pretty much the only sport I would pay to see live.

Saw them live when I went to Vegas last weekend. All I can say is fricken awesome. I've never seen three more entertaining people that don't talk or make any facial exp They just... play music. And somehow manage to make every situation hilarious. The audio CD gets me pumped up, it's energizing. Pure drumming. I also have a DVD of it, but I won't put that on my ipod for fear of cracking up in class.

It's portrayed in movies and such, but I've never seen acts of hatred or teasing against "nerds" at school. People get themselves into it by acting dickish (thinking it's cool) or something like that. Just... be yourself. Seriously. You'll be much better off that way. A large amount of kids will never know you, and never care how nerdy or cool you may be. So don't try to win them over. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
