So I have been working on fixing this computer and when I go to set it up power supply fries. (sparks and all)

So he gets a different one from his father-in-law, but the old one said "Will not exceed 90W" and the newer one says "Will not exceed 120W" will this cause a problem at all?

Any help would be appreciated. Its an old computer, like a 1997-1998 Toshiba.

So before I had to replace it, I had to plug it all in and everything and it shot sparks out the PS so im hoping this is what the problem is. So Hopefully all goes well. So everyone says yes?

||bass is totally correct on this. Certain sporty cars the governer is set higher, like my dads is set at like 155 or so. Even so I love speed and I would be pissed if something like this happend. My friend and I speed all the time on the local highway and everywhere we go, his car is a 87 Nissan Maxima and we got to 145 in it with still some room left. (Stickshift) This wouldnt just piss me off it would piss many others off as well. I think it might cause a riot if this were to happen ever.

I think Wisconsin's is at $5.75 if im not mistaken. Where I work I make $6.50 and even after I have been there after a year and a month. I never got a raise. But yeah I think it should be highe, maybe like $7.75.
