I know your layout looks normal on smaller screens, but it just looks like an awful lot of wasted space on widescreen displays. This isn't necessarily bad, but it just looks kind of funny. But at least you fixed the text spilling out of the box (I think).

Seriously. Are there really people out there who think celebrity deaths are a huge deal, or is it just the media having nothing better to write about? Sure, anyone dying is tragic, but this is ridiculous.

That's my major complaint about Linux right now - hardware support. I have some obscure Intel wireless card that isn't supported, and ndiswrapper kept giving me errors when I was trying to configure it. And I couldn't talk to ||bass or anyone else on IRC because I couldn't connect. But that hasn't completely turned me off to Linux. I've got Ubuntu working fine under VMWare, and I'm slowly learning where things are and how to do things. Yes, it's hard to learn and no, I don't think it'll ever replace Windows completely for me, but who knows?
It'll be interesting to see what I'll be using in five years from now. |

Meh... "Limiting simulation speed. No hardware acceleration found. Please ensure you have installed the drivers for your graphics card."
Odd. My graphics card works just fine for everything else. Edit: Hmm, a Windows Update for ATI Mobility Radeon X1300. Guess I'll install it and see what happens. Ah, Windows... So good in some ways, and so bad in others. Edit2: It actually worked! I'm shocked. Windows updates actually helping? MY HEAD ASPLODE. (edited by BooUrns on 02-10-07 02:45 PM) |

Oh... I get it. Your text box only becomes as wide as it needs to be, right? Two posts ago, the box was exactly as wide as the line "And I don't know if this counts, but I made the layout for This guy." Last post, the box stretched all the way across the screen.
If that's the way it works, then my complaints are over. Edit: Screenshots: The first post that didn't stretch The second post that looks fine (edited by BooUrns on 02-10-07 02:33 PM) |

Now that I've got it working, I think this game is pretty cool - well thought out, good physics engine, and lots of flexibility. I especially like this game because I like designing things. And of course I did not download the cracked version.

I love platformers, but there are already a lot of those online. What makes most online platformers fail (in my opinion) is their physics engine or their level of difficulty. If you could make a platformer with good physics and moderate difficulty level, that would be great. I really like the Mario Party idea too, if you could pull it off well.

People who have too much self-confidence annoy me even more than people who have too little. They think they're the best at something and are not afraid to take every opportunity they get to tell other people. And it's even worse when they're not all that great at something but think they are.
I have one specific person in mind right now who goes to my school. He shall remain nameless. |

It wouldn't happen to be a Microsoft page, would it? Because some of their pages do the same thing to me.

I've never collected any cards - sports, pokemon, magic, yu-gi-oh, or otherwise. They just never appealed to me.

We've got a Big K-Mart near my house (not to be confused with a Super K-Mart, which sells groceries too). It's always pretty busy, but nowhere near as busy as Wal-Mart. I won't go near that place unless I absolutely have to. There are far too many people and far too few cashiers.
Actually, I'm pretty sure every big chain store in America has a store 10 minutes from my house. (edited by BooUrns on 02-10-07 11:52 PM) |

Well, I guess the obvious choice would be Kamek because of Tatrion's claim that he is the Insomniac. But I'm still hesitant to actually accuse him because of what happened last game when someone claimed to be the Insomniac. We ended up killing a bystander. I don't feel confident enough to vote for Kamek, so I'll vote no-kill.

Well, that's a pleasant surprise. It looks like students can buy a Windows Vista Home Premium Upgrade DVD for around $75. Not bad, considering the normal Home Premium upgrade is around $160.

They recently put an addition onto the Target by my house and turned it into a Super Target that sells standard Target items as well as groceries. I still haven't checked it out, though. Maybe I should.

I've only had two truly bad teachers. Ms. Zeman was my third grade teacher, and she was known to the kids as Screamin' Zeman. It's odd, because third grade is a total blank in my memory. I have no clue what we did or anything about that year. My freshman Spanish teacher didn't really teach anything either, and she blew up on us a couple of times. She got fired the next year.
I've also had a couple teachers that haven't taught us anything. Like my eighth grade Spanish teacher. |

Even in the original, you still lose health from falling even if you are wearing the metal cap. That's the way the game was designed.
