| here are two articles on 6800GT vs. X800 from good sources for tech reviews and analysis:
Anandtech Tom's HW from a super-brief skimming of the docs, i believe the X800 is a good short term solution, but if you are looking for a card that will last into the next gen of games, then 6800 should be your choice. |

| it isn't impossible but you have a large task ahead of you...
you have two main tasks--translate an SNES controller signals into GB control signals and translate the GB video output to TV instead of LCD. Fortunately, for you all the other hardware remains intact. Probably you should start out finding what signals the SNES controller sends out and what signals the GB want from it's controller. Then, build a circuit that will do the translation. After that, you will want to find a way to get the SNES controller to sync with the gameboy--something I'm not sure how to do... It should be something similar for the GB output to TV... |

if it is built in, then consult your motherboard manufacturer... |

| I suggest converting your sister's home edition to Pro. At this point, it is down to a permissions issue and there is no way to set permissions in XP Home.
two things left I can think of. #1 to do the opposite--make your sister's account on your XP Pro machine. then try to access your sister's computer with that account. #2 try to share something that isn't in a microsoft place. For example, try sharing a folder with a path that doesn't start with "Windows" or "Document and Settings" or "My Documents" |
