| Aerogauge, Automobili Lamborghini, Cruis'n USA, Fighting Force 64, Harvest Moon 64, Majora's Mask, Ocarina of Time, Master Quest, Mario Kart 64, Nagano Winter Olympics, Olymplic Hockey Nagano, Pokemon Snap, Pokemon Stadium 2, Rugrats in Paris, Superman 64 (!), Tetris 64, and Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey 98 have been translated into various languages. Mostly Italian.

Does kitchen duty in the army count as a job? I make 20-25 dollars a day by pretty much sitting on my ass watching crap on TV. Go me. |

And Mega Man Network Transmission? I never understood what was supposed to be hard in that game. You pretty much drown in immortality chips and big awesome weapons of doom. So yeah, MM7 and it's last boss. MM8 has those hard snowboard stages, and MM2's first Wily form is rather hard at Difficult (which was originally the only difficulty level. It's the only one i MMAC as well.)

The lifts in Guts Man's stage can be easily bypassed by using the Magnet Beam (which can be gotten by blasting the blocks covering it with the Thunder Beam, you don't NEED the Super Arm).

And I find those flying heads you have to jump between over a pit in Ice man's stage harder than those lifts.

I heard a lot of horror stories about this game's DoS-like difficulity (insanely easy, in other words), can anyone who've actually played the game back them up?

If Square is to keep butchering their classics like this, I'm not going to touch them, no matter how much bonus material they add. If I buy FF4, it's because I want FF4, not a worthless FF4 bastardization and some new material. Let's just hope they keep FF3's difficulity level somewhat near the original.

You also want to add Metal Gear for the MSX (or replace "Metal Gear (NES)" with it), as the NES port was rather poor (and the only reason people a giving it good reviews is because the original was so awesome that even a crappy port of it can be enjoyable if that's all you've played).

As for my favourite, I'm not sure. I played all of them except for Acid and the GBC game, but I only finished the first one (as well as Snake's Revenge, but that game sucked). Probably Solid Snake, but that isn't on the list anyway. With all the referencing to Solid Snake's plot in the MGS games, you'd think Konami would actually want to release the damn game outside Japan, but eh. (restricted) |
