chojinki: You need to climb the tower once more, in the light world, to get the Emerald. It's on the same floor as the Ocarina, quite close as well. If I remember correctly: You'll need to bomb a few walls, walk through a shut door and use the X button function a bit. Try searching.
There is not bottle in the tower. The locations are:
1. Seller in Misty forest (Light world).
2. The man who sleeps in the forest (Light World).
3. In the basement of the Church (Ice World).
4. In a cave above the Smithers (Or how it spells...=P)
I can't help you with the Bombos though... But I'm sure someone else has a cheat code for it.

ok apparently i'm a complete stupid idiot cause i can't even get the damn game to work!!!! and i'm getting severly annoyed!!

ok i ahve the parallel tower game from the official site, i have the original legend of zelda a link to the past rom, no idea if it has a header or not cause i have no idea how to tell, i have the latest version of snes9x which is 1.43, i also have the latest version of zsnes 1.51, i have lunarips and win-ips, i've tried both ips programs they both successfully patched and then i try to the load the game and i get a black screen after the regular text with both emulaters so i found this faq in this topic: http://board.acmlm.org/download.php?id=1342 part way down the page it gives a little more detail on how to run the game then the official site does, this is copied straight from this guide: "You will need a copy of the Zelda: a Link to the Past ROM for SNES, one which
includes a header. *DO NOT ASK FOR THIS IN THE FORUMS MENTIONED IN THIS FAQ!*
You will also need an IPS patching program OR Snes9x 1.43 (including the
unofficial +9 made for desync with video issues) or ZSnes 1.51 (earlier
versions of both may work) which can apply IPS patches to ROMS "on the fly"
(simply place the IPS patch in the same directory as the ROM with the
same file name as the ROM but with the IPS file extention instead of the
ROM's.)" ok did all that, same outcome, the only thing i can't seem to figure out is where to get the "unofficial +9 made for desync with video issues" no idea where to find this, someone please help me!!!!!! and i'm sorry for my lack of grammer :/

OK. I have the 3 keys from the light world, 3 from the Icy, and 2 from the parallel tower itself. The one I am missing is the "drop two floors" key. Ive also seen it described being located next to the laser maze on the 3rd floor. There is a door in the bottom left hand side of the maze, but no path from the entrance. How do you get this key?

Blackmanta: I'm just copying what I wrote earlier in this thread:
The emulator doesn't matter.
First, you need to find an A Link to the Past rom, V U (!). Download the ips file. Also, go to this webpage http://fusoya.panicus.org/lips/ and dowload the program so you can apply the ips file to the rom. Start the program and press Apply IPS patch. Look up the ips file and after that look up the A Link to the Past rom. If you have done it correct, you will now be able to play Parallel Worlds on the A Link to the Past rom (Which you can rename so you know which game it is.)
If your problem won't be solved after this, I don't know what the problem may be...

SupaFupa: I'll make you a video how to get to the place. *recording...*
EDIT: Here it is: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/3752/Key.smv
Hope you are able to watch it.

Alright, I'm confused here. I need some help with Rauru's Ruins... I've got the big key, and two extra ones (can't seem to find where they go) and have opened all the big key doors I've found.

So: 1) DONE
2) Where's the boss?
3) Is there a map already made?

First let me say that this hack has me drooling. I have no beef with the difficulty as many are complaining about, but then I am a Zelda Classic addict so I am used to a higher level of difficulty than other people may be.
I think I may have found a bug, in the guardhouse level I got the big chest key near the end and backtracked to get the boomerang. I then beat the level because I couldn't find a way to get back out through the ornamental shelf. Upon emerging into the church I went back to the guard house to get whatever is in the first big chest, but lo and behold I no longer have the chest key. What is in the first big chest? Is there any place else in the game I can get it? If not, can I get back to the chest with the big chest key?

Once again, awesome game.

Peace

Mophtran: Have you find the Big chest? If you have, just continue that way and you will end up at a place with a hole in it. Drop down the hole and continue the path and you will find the boss.
If you haven't find the big chest: I presume you have seen a couple of rooms with floor tiles in them? Then you know that you are on the right way .

Blackmanta: On the same floor as the Big Key was on, is a Ball & Chain enemy that has a key. KILL HIM!!

Barefootguy: You can't get the chest in the Guardhouse untill you have got the hammer. And if you didn't take the blue boomerang, you won't be able to get it later. But that's "fine" because now you can get the red boomerang later. Which you wouldn't have been able to do else.

Chojinki: 1. By using the hookshot from the island where the dwarfes are.
4. Nopp, that's the only think that's in there. It's sad...

yeha i know, i did that Tompa, i killed him, thats the warden in the warden room using a combo of pots and bombs, i got the key and opened the door that had my uncle in it where i got my sword and shield, this what the walkthrough says, and i went out of my way to kill the warden because i couldn't figure out where the heck i was suppose to go, anyway this is the walkthrough:

head north and use your key
on the remaining locked door. Inside you'll find the big key in a chest
surrounded by spikes. Now that you have that key you can go back all the way
up to the wine cellar near the entrance.

thats the part i'm on, i got the big key and i'm trying to make my way back up to the entrance but i come to a room with a switch operated door only there's no switch and i kill the three guards inside and still nothing happens, tell me how to take a screen shot and i will to show you, thanks again

Okay, what I REALLY wanted was a map for Rauru's Ruins, as written directions aren't (usually) as good as a good visual.

Also the fact that I seem to have missed a key. I've gotten one under a pot in the big key/teleport-to room.

If anyone wants to retrieve the items that you can't get back or just want to get an item that you don't want to backtrack for here's a QUICK list that I made using snes9x (i.e. if it doesn't work for you, sorry)

so as you may know the first six digits are the memory location and the last digits are the value. for instance the short sword is 01, tempered sword is 02, the fairy sword is 03 and the master sword, 04. so if theres a number next to an item that's the last two digits changed.

7ef36da0 infinite life
7ef377## arrows #

7ef34002 bow and arrows, silver 04
7ef34102 red boom, blue 01
7ef34201 hookshot
7ef343## bombs (how many bombs you want)
7ef34401 mush, 02 mpowder

7ef34701 bombos
7ef34801 ether

it's not "that blank spot" it's the number of bottles you have (place 4 here to enable all 4 bottles at 7ef35c/d/e/f)

I'm working on an update to my FAQ/Guide. Within 24 hours. Looks like Tompa has some nice stuff to contribute, too.

The Nabooru's Hole map link is broken. Anyone know where I can find it, and who I can credit these maps for? Or do you just want to do it yourself Tompa?

GameFAQs first rejected it because it "wasn't commercial" and "can't be played legally". When I tore that apart, they rejected my new arguement that it "goes beyond the scope of any game they cover". Any ideas there? I can rebuke again quoting the response, but it's a matter of opinion...

I am thinking screw them, I can use pictures and everything, but Euclid it would be nice for you to get the noteriaty of having a guide there....

Here is the map Nep: http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g124/Tomtelala/NaboorusHole.png
I'm going to give you the Piece of Heart locations and boss FAQ when I'm done with it, Nep. I've currently listed 30 pieces. I'm making one pic when you see the piece itself, and one piece that shows you where it is (Pic outside a cave for example) and also a description where it is. It takes me some as I'm meanwhile playing through the second quest and also making maps of the dungeons... + that I've other things to do as well...

Moph: I'm going to give you pics of where the keys are in the dungeon... I'm in school now, so I'll do it when I'm coming home.
