| Hi!
I'm a starting Super Metroid hacker from Finland and I have been reading these forums for few years now (as you can see from my profile I have registered this account ~year ago, but I had an account before the last wipe too). I have been practicing SM hacking for about two months now and I can now quite correctly use most of the features of SMILE and I also understand basic concepts of ROM and "direct" hacking of ROM. My current hacking plans include SM hack of the size of 15-25 rooms, nothing too ambitious and big, because I want to be careful. I'm also quite skilled with some programming languages including (Visual) basic and C++. For example I started Zelda 2 (NES) editor, but never finished it. Features I got implemented were basically tile and tile graphics loading from the ROM. I'm big fan of NES Mario, Zelda and Metroid series (and hacking of them), and the reason I want to get approved is that I can post in the threads concerning them, and also to ask questions regarding SMILE and Hyrule Magic (and I can give no-spam guarantee).
