| There was a young man, whose blade was stained crimson with the blood of those he had killed. In all of the four of the countries, a bounty was placed on his head and a large one at that. Even the people from his own nation the Northern Nation wanted him taken care of. Eventually the boy disappeared no one knows why. It is widely believed that he prayed to the Wind Goddess to take him under her wing, he would be her disciple. If that was teh casae then it would seem she answered his call and was drawn up into the sky.
What you have to do is create a character from any of the four countries. Wind which is the Northern lands. The land is barren and laden with snow. South: The land of fire. Dominated by women. So if you come from the South you have to be a woman. Either that or an escaped male gladiator or slave. Some such thing. East: Water lands. They are mostly a fishing based culture. They are calm. Generally they don't engage in battle however when aroused they can be a fearsome force indeed. West: Male dominated land of Earth the opposite of the South. The men of the West are sturdy well built. Like a mountain. Or you can just come from the center bit of land that connects the four countries. They are mostly dominated by priests. |

| Sure you may join. I left things pretty vague, so do your best to make it fit in with the fantasy like setting. Try to tie your character in somehow whether not in the character's arrival/origin in what they do or are doing. Then we'll be good. The countries are for affiliation purposes. | |||

| OOC: i'm sorry that i haven't posted i have been very bueisy .... Merry Christmas(or what ever you celebrate)
Off on a distant island to the North-West of the West Country there is a young man of 16 kneeling in fount of a elder. Sensei: "You have became stronger than I Vincent, you are now the strongest warrior in the land. You now must go to my brother in East Country to further your training for my brother is much stronger I." Vincent: "Yes Sensei" *Vincent gets up and bows to his sensei, then he heads off to his family's house. Ten minutes later he arrives upon his family's house.* Mother: "What is it that your Sensei wanted?" Vincent: "He wanted me to go to the East Country because I am to continue my training with his brother." Father: "If that is to be I want to give you something that I have had for many years" *Vincent's father goes into the other room and opens a very dusty chest and takes out a Katana and a Wakizashi. Immediately after he hands both of them to Vincent* Father: "These are both Muramasa's so take very good care of them and they will take care of you " Vincent: "Thank you Father" *Vincent starts to head towards the dock so he can go to the main land* |

| There is a long white haired youth sitting on the dock. There is cloth wrapped around his eyes. He wears a cloak on the left side of his body. As well as large criss-crossing belts over his chest, each with a sword tucked in them on his back. His pants are woolen, and his boots are made of thick leather.
Youth: Brother where are you? He mumbles to himself those words over and over. |

| Upon the way to the docks Vincent passes his friend Christophe’s house and knocks on his door. A couple of seconds later Christophe answers his door.
Christophe: "Well look who the cat dragged in... How have you been lately?" Vincent: "I have been very great lately… But master has requested me to go to The Western Country.” Christophe: “That is very great for you. Well I don’t want to keep you to long.” Vincent: “Our chat has been very nice hope to see you sometime again.” *Five minutes later Vincent arrives at the docks. Upon looking around he sees a youth sitting on the dock mumbling to himself.* I wonder what this child is doing here all alone Vincent: “My dear child may enquire who, or what you are looking for?” |

| The youth rises up and turns to Vincent.
Youth: My brother is who I am looking for. He is a sickly boy. I remember that much. We were separated a few years ago. He needs a thick cloak in order to keep himself warm. He is extremely vulnerable to the cold. Chances are he will be in a health care facility. The youth turns his gaze to the sea. Youth: Where might you be going? I'm going by sea to try and find my brother in the Western lands. Of course we'll have to enter each of the Southern ports on the way there. So I'll be checking there too. Just in case. Don't fear the Southern lands, if you are strong they will accept your rights as an individual. Then you may pass through freely. Once we arrive in the Western lands, however they will require that we take their special ritual. Which all people must take in order to become citizens. I won't need to take the citizenship test. But we'll have to take one for Right of Passage in other places. |

| Youth: My name is Kamikaze no Subeta. Most people call me Subeta. Come let us go.
The first few days went by uneventfully. However on the 5th day, they were confronted by the first mate. First Mate: You best be on your guard for a few days. We've crossed into Sea-beast waters. You never know if they'll attack. Subeta: Sounds like good fun to me. Subeta goes and sits out near the bow of the ship hoping for a beast to appear. He sits there until night falls just waiting. And finally a pair of large fins appear in the water. Subeta: Yes! Finally a foe! I've been waiting for this! Subeta jumps in the water after the beast. Ship hand: That lad be mad! |

| Vincent: "Sea-beasts well those might be decent training with my new weapon."
*Vincent goes to his room and grabs his Muramasa and heads back to the bow of the boat and spots a fin of a sea-beast(Murloc) and jumps into to kill it." Vincent: "Ye dam beast shall go to hell" *Vincent swings his katana at the beast and decapitates him then another beast pulls him under the water trying to drown him* |

| The fish that had grabbed Vincent found itself cut up into pieces by Subeta who came seemingly out of nowhere.
Subeta grins at Vincent then swims up to the surface. Captain: You bloody fool! Get out of the water! Don't you know how dangerous these beasts be? Subeta: Danger? Pah. Danger is nothing to someone like me. Suddenly a large sea creature comes up from behind and swallows him whole. Those on the deck of the ship groan in dismay. Some chuckled. However, they soon saw blood rising in the water. And Subeta rose up to the sruface. Subeta: That was just obnoxious. Do you think there are anymore? Captain: Not for now. They usually come in sets of three. Looks like between the two of you you got all of three of them. Three fish corpses are now floating on the water. Subeta clambers aboard the ship with the aid of the men on board. |

To Subeta: "Thanks for the save... I could have killed him myself though. By any chance can you meet me in my room tomorrow morning?" *Vincent goes off to his room, upon arriving he cleans his katana, then retires for the night* 12 Hours later ------ *Upon waking up Vincent notices a person in his room* 1st mate: "We are about to arrive upon the southern port it would be wise to pack your stuff.” Vincent: “Thanks for the info” 1st mate: “You’re welcome.” *the 1st mate leaves the room* |

| Subeta: My brother has yet to undergo our family's coming of age rite. So as of now his name is simply our family's name. Kamikaze. However we are the only two left. So it shouldn't be hard to find him by name. He wears a blind fold over his eyes for he is blind. Furthermore he wears a very thick black cloak. His hair is like mine. Beneath his cloak there should be more robes of black. If you catch word of him give me shout. And I mean that quite literally.
The youth walks out of the room, but not before adding. Subeta: It's always a pleasure to help a fellow warrior. A few hours later they arrived in the first port. However Subeta was nowhere to be seen. At this point you may choose to either stay on the ship until it leaves for the next port. Or you may explore the town. |
