| ... I feared it all my fucking life. My mother had already made arrangements to pay Integrity Insurance thei rdan money, and they decide to sue us anyway. Life god fucking sucks... most of this god damn bullshit's aimmed at me.
I am dirt poor, and I can even lose everything I own, even force me and my wife out of the house if they decide to claim it. Me and my wife will be on thee streets, along wiht my mother and sister wiht nothingg but what we can carry... it's real funny... When I was little, I asked my mother what this guy was doing digging through our garbage. She told me he was a homeless guy who's lived out on the streets. I didn't say anything else but watch that old man walk away with a plastic bottle to sell for little cash, and now if I lose the court hearing, I can end up living on the streets... Life's unfair, but it's not like it gives a shit, same for these bastards who only care about their fucking money... so it'll turn out this maybe my final twenty days posting on a computer, otherwise I maybe gone for good... I just fucking hate this whole damn bullshit.... |

| Heh, I hate companies like this and debt collectors. They don't give a rat's ass if they take all that you own, they just want money. You can keep telling them that you'll try to pay, but you need money to eat...but even still.

It sucks. I don't have any real advice for you, I'm afraid, other than that I've been in your shoes and come out so far ok. All you can do is take things as they happen. Be thankful for what you do have. Be thankful for those that are there for you. And redefine your life around other things, I suppose. I'm never going to get anywhere financially in my life. Does that really matter worth a shit? |

It was from that car wreck right? Is your insurance company suing you, it is the other guy that's suing you? (Insurance is supposed to pay for that assuming you had it and you had it paid off.) So, really, what's the whole story? |
