| Firstly, I've had to re-re-register (3rd time now)... because I am absolutely SICK to DEATH of this....there was a particular topic in the SMW boards by 'NintenDS' basically asking to do his hacks for him.... after he was banned for constantly bumping not 9 days, 3 weeks or 8 weeks, but sometimes 4-5 month old topics.
Anyway... when he was banned, I was ALSO banned for no reason... I was then unbanned... but first my name was changed from 'The Ultimate koopa' (Note the lowercase 'k'), to 'THE ULTIMATE KOOPA', and then from that to 'The Ultimate Koopa'... however... when I tried to log in with that user name and my password.... which I can STILL remember to this day... I couldn't because it said that my password didn't match the username.... not only has this been like this at all.... it's been like this since....the ..... 7th/10th of........ not November, October, September, or August.... but JULY!!! (THAT'S FIVE MONTHS AGO, JUST OVER).... and despite the PMs I've sent.... NO ONE HAS EVEN CONSIDERED THINKING ABOUT BOTHERING TO EVEN CONSIDER GIVING ME MY OLD ACCOUNT BACK.... BTW, I've typed my password in correctly and everything so don't tell me to do that.... and also, DO NOT BAN ME AND TELL ME TO USE MY OLD ACCOUNT ||bass... (the reason I registered again was BECAUSE I couldn't, and still CAN'T use my old account). The basic question (or demand, now because I'm really pissed off about this).... (PLEASE CAN YOU) GIVE ME MY PASSWORD BACK, OR MY ACCOUNT, WHATEVER (NOW!!!!). |

| Okay, first of all. It would be nice if you could have some manners about the whole thing. Demanding anything isn't likely to go over well with anyone. I realize you're upset about how long you've been without access to your account, but that really isn't any excuse.
2. I'd like to know why you reregistered, when it states in the FAQ that such an action is unacceptable. ("Create multiple accounts unless authorized to by an admin (for testing reasons, etc.).") Most of the admins can be contacted through other means, such as their AIM screennames, the IRC channel, etc. 3. I would like to know if you ever actually PMed(or otherwise contacted) someone asking them to change the password. Not asking them to 'give it back to you,' but to change the password, and tell you what the password was changed to, so you can access said account. 4. I'd also like to know why you've only contacted ||bass about this. If ||bass couldn't give you any information, it might have been prudent to go straight to Xkeeper, as he runs the board now, and might have been able to give you a straight answer. And if you've been wondering about this for 5 months, I'm wondering why you're only bringing this to the attention of everyone .. now. I understand that you're upset, but I'm asking that you give us a chance (and a bit of time, as not many people are around right now) to find out what happened, and to deal with it accordingly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, even if you were rather rude when doing so. >> |

| I've e-mailed ||bass, PMed him as well, I've even PM'd Xkeeper, not long ago... but I haven't had any replies yet.
I don't really care whether password is given back, or whether I'm told what it has been changed to, as long as I can log in. |

| For starters, there's more than two admins that you could've talked to about this.

| You know, if you would ask nicely, I (and I'm sure other staff) would be much more likely to help you. I hope your messages to ||bass and Xkeeper were not this rude also, but if they were it would certainly explain why you've been ignored.
Nobody likes to help somebody when they are acting like an arsehole.

| I don't really see why I shouldn't be rude. I've asked so many times, that I don't really feel like being polite. I just want to know WHY my password (if it was) was changed, and WHY my username was changed (grammatically), and also if possible WHY I was banned when NintenDS was banned... however...
Please can I have my old account back/password back, whatever? Or else, can I just stay with this current account, and then you delete my old account, or... what? |

There's practically no chance an admin here was dumb enough to randomly pick YOUR password to change for absolutely no reason. Chances are, YOU accidently changed it yourself. Some how, some way. Maybe if you PM'd Tarale REALLY nicely ........ Why do I even try.  |

You certainly haven't asked me before, and I don't think I deserve to be treated rudely if you're asking me now  So there, there's a good reason not to be rude. Rather than be concerned about what you feel like doing, perhaps try to look at what will give you the desired result, hmm? 
I would appreciate the ID number of your other account so that I can investigate this. I'll work out what to do from there, once you settle down a little and ask me politely. |

| I know that I didn't change my password. I really find it weird how or why someone would ban me for no reason, then twice change my username in terms of miniscule/majuscule letters.

| Thanks to our lovely tunabot, the admins can ban and change usernames from the IRC channel. However, if someone makes a mistake and bans the wrong user, due to a typo, or whatever, they have to fix it. I would assume that's what happened, and why your name was changed slightly. This is just my guess, however. >>
As for your password.. haven't a clue. :< |

| I can't delete it (and this wouldn't be wise) but I have banned it so it isn't a "double account".
In the Custom Title it says "Account banned at user's request". I'm closing this thread as its served its purpose, any further questions, please PM somebody. |
