| That was weird.
My phone just rang. My phone has a tendency to be over-quiet, but when I answered it, I couldn't hear anything. So I said "hello" a few times, trying to hear something over the traffic outside my house. All I heard was this creepy, rasping laugh. So I hung up. 
Weird. Hope that doesn't happen again. |

| I play along as long as I can, but when we get to the point where I would be buying something, I say I've decided I'm not interested. They think they're getting a sale, but no, I just wasted their time. If I had just hung up they wouldn't have most much, but they lost many a potential sale because I kept them going.
I would imagine they find this quite annoying. |

I prefer to play a recording I have of "the song that never ends" on a loop to annoy the telemarketers and make them hang up. So far I have annoyed all telemarketers and none call back.  |
