I don't think bgsound has ever been officially supported by anything except the browser that invented it.

would do it. The no-auto-start rule means you can't have it hidden as there'd be no way to manually start it. Also, WAVs are going to be freaking huge, so you probably don't want to use them (kills the user's and your server's bandwidth).

Music is allowed in profiles as long as it does not auto-start. Same as Flash.

Geneally, only once every 24 hours, and only if there's a good reason. Something like a thread in ROM Hacking where you're posting new information would be a good example. Bumping a thread for the sake of bumping is not.

Any particular reason why the staff forums are visible in the main area for all visitors, even those not allowed to post in them? I'm assuming there is something you're ("you" being Xk) working on, but I'm curious as to why they're there.

Woke up from a dream this morning, and in the dream was me browsing the board, and there was this big booming voice yelling at me. Thats not what I'm getting at though, what was in the dream was colored thread titles! Some of the stickies were pink, some peoples threads were orangey...
Why not have a choice of a few colors for thread titles? Would be a neat little addon to make the place look unique.

EDIT: It could be user selected too if they wanted to view special colors or regular theme style colors.
