I don’t do that, but a very long time ago I started the habit of pinching my finger tips… a few years later I realized that the reason I had calluses on my fingers was probably because of this, so I tried to stop, and they went away, but sometimes I still catch myself doing that.
I sometimes find it hard to sleep when there’s light/sound, but not all the time…
The skin on my lips is almost always severely chapped and will peel off when it gets wet, like when I eat something, therefore I will often try to tear-off the skin, sometimes causing it to bleed. |
