| Everyone's already mentioned the obvious stuff that's good and people have heard before like DKC2 and DKC and Chrono Trigger, so I'm going to go out and list the game with the best music you've never heard. Brandish is a crappy-yet-excellent (at least in my opinion, lots of people hate it) with crappy-yet-excellent music. The music is so layed back, there are even some errors in it like someone was playing it on a keyboard and they messed up a little. But it just delivers this weird epicness that kind of makes you go "what! this is cool" without really caring too much, yeah? Or at least, the last floor made me feel that way.
Brandish 2 actually has good music. It has like one or two crappy songs though, just like Brandish. But they're overshadowed by Prison and Nucleus and other things that are very good. Brandish - Ruins Brandish - Wizard (I like it because it's kind of crappy) Brandish - Giant Crab Brandish - Fortress (gets old fast though) Brandish - Headless Brandish - Dark Zone Brandish - Fortress Brandish - Giant Lobster Brandish - King Berebus Brandish - Ending 2 Brandish 2 - Wandering Swordsman Brandish 2 - Prison Brandish 2 - Battle Point A Brandish 2 - Battle Point C Brandish 2 - Castle Walls Brandish 2 - Castle Town Brandish 2 - Woods Brandish 2 - Ninja Yashiki Brandish 2 - Master Ninja (!!!!) Brandish 2 - Laboratry (actually called this in-game) Brandish 2 - Fortress Brandish 2 - Nucleus (probably one of my favorite SNES songs ever) Brandish 2 - Gadobadorrer (now THAT's the way to make a last boss theme, although the PC-98 version was better) Brandish 2 - Epilogue Brandish 2 - Soldier's Sorrow All very, very good tracks. Go get them. |

| Damn, you're right about Brandish. I just forgot about the game completely. I... hate playing the games though. The puzzles and suddenly rotating rooms at not what I call fun. Brandish 2 was easier to play, though, as I recall. | |||
