| Nepenthes had stopped his assaults when his foes lost interest in him and went after the other...
For a while, he was angered... but then, that tiny speck of intelligence in his mind glowed, making itself known... And what if... the future of that strange guy one where the stupid laws had never passed... and the one with the three idiots, one where they passed, like his own? If it was the case... then it meant that... yes... most definitely... Nepenthes's aura slowly retracted and became one with him as his scythes disappeared and rebecame hands. Then, Nepenthes begun to glow and slowly, his mind was converted into data... into a Cyber-Elf of sorts... but a corrupted one... one corrupted by the Silver virus. It looked like a horrific silver snake of sorts, constantly distorting and pulsating as the veil of viral data circled it... Controlling its own body from afar, both the Cyber-Elf mind and body dived into the ground and became one with it... and this sudden dive into the ground caused the buster shot to go right above its head. As it merged with the ground, the feel of his aura spreaded to the whole battlefield as he awaited the moment to strike... ... "So... the one with Rock's Biometal is from the future we seek to create... or a future similar to what we seek... and the three... from a future like ours..." concluded the first shadow. "So... in the other one's future, the Laws we seek to undo were never passed... and judging from his speech, especially not the Disastrous One..." the second shadow's tone had changed... she seemed... "So... change of plan?" asked the first shadow. "Nepenthes is obsessed with Lord Dioneth and his plans of world domination. He doesn't care about our cause. Maybe... that we could find an ally in this new one... if we can get to meet him... WE, not that idiot Nepenthes and Dioneth..." said the second shadow, now intrigued and somewhat... hopeful... "The fleeting moment where hope revives... the rebirth of the world and soul... the return of colors and purpose... It has been a long while since I saw a smile on your face... a genuine, sincere one..." the first shadow had calmed... There was a pause... and then, the second shadow replied. "Droseras..." "Now Lyric... there is nothing to say. Let us intervene... but at the right moment. We will not have to find and awaken it after all..." said Droseras, the first shadow. Lyric, the second shadow, looked to the battle, her eyes set on Lan... "To have the chosen of the Aura Buster on our side... to have the Megaman on our side... it would be... wonderful..." | "Cyber Elf Power - Aura Barrier!" A shining barrier surrounded Lan, blocking the moves incoming to him... and sending them back! They weren't going to head straight at them, but it wasn't likely they'd break them.
"'Maverick'... rather antiquate term for you, isn't it? I thought even you halfploids had the liberty of choice, now... rather than be infected. Calling me 'Maverick' just because I'm on the other side... didn't X and Zero tell you they made this mistake once before?" he asked, the spirit version of Rock having been brought back to the Biometal. Also, if Vent and Aile paid attention, there was some sort of 'calling' coming from him, trying to talk to X. |

| Aile shifted from Zx to Px, and almost instantly, saw the unoticed threat. "David! Vent! The air now!"
The two boys looked at her, and knowing that Model P's abilities include detecting threats before they can happen, David shifted from Ax to Tx, while Vent went from Zx to Hx. Vent flew into the air while snatching Aile, and David using Terra's ability if infinite flight shot into the air, conjuring electricity into his hands. |

| OFF: Nepenthes's body dissolved into the ground ; he cannot be detected for the simple reason that the WHOLE ground is now technically Nepenthes, the materials composing his old body now innanimate... until Nepenthes decide to reform. No scanning device can help you here. | |||

"That I agree, X." David flew up next to Vent, who he was holding onto Aile. "Wow, deja' vu. Where have I heard this from before?" Model A thought out loud, before saying, "Oh yeah, centuries ago when fighting Sigma you called him a prick for going all Gundam on us." OOC: ... 
X held back the urge to sigh. "Shut up Axl." "So, mind telling us why we had to go airborne?" Model T asked. Aile sighed. "That reploid with the fragment, he's gone somewhere, but I can feel him still lurking around." Vent growled a bit. "Damn... it's three against two, and that reploid with the Cyber-Elves wants to kill us, and that unknown guy wants to kill us in the most horrible possible way and looks like he could be god-modding (no offense Zerodius) like Serpent and Model W." "Or Sigma centuries ago," Both Zero and Omega inquired. OOC: Forgot, Model P as you can tell is Phantom. Aile while in this Model's form has Phantom's trained powerful senses. She can detect when attacks come their way, or detect hidden enemies before they show themselves, plus if you were to engulf the battlefield in a pitch black darkness which no light could pierce, Aile will be able to see clearly while in Px form. | "Tsk... Cyber Elf Power - Wave Shot!" Lan groaned, before aiming slightly away from Vent, and firing a charged shot. For some reason, even though it was away, it emitted some sort of wave that disturbed them (although neither Lan nor Nepenthes felt anything), possibly making Vent drop Aile.
"Shut up, you hipocrites. I am not trying to kill you, although it doesn't mean I can't force you away, and if you didn't notice, I AM a Cyber Elf, I'm not using one!" he snapped back, keeping his eyes on them. "What do you think happened to X, Lan?" he heard in his mind, and the boy whispered his response. "I don't know... for some reason, whenever one of those guys appear, it's like their senses of right and wrong are distorted from their original paths." |

| "Aile!" She was knocked from Vent's grasp, but David flew down and snatched her up just in time before she hit the cement floor. Even though wearing repliroid based armor, a fall from that height...
"Phew! Thanks David!" David fought back that blushing feeling from showing itself. "No prob, Aile." He threw her up in the air, and smirked. "Spark Chaser!" He fired a crackling energy shot, which would strike Lan three times before vanishing, and then caught Aile in his arms again. "What now?" "We could use the OIS Vent," Model H told his user. "That would be a good idea, but against a reploid with Cyber-Elf powers, I wouldn't have a clue what could happen," X said. "Still, we have to survive Master X." "I know Harpuia, I know..." | OFF: god-modding? Not my fault if you cannot think of anything to counter Nepenthes.Overpowering him won't work. I don't know... maybe use your head, for once?
Also, the reason Nepenthes can't be detected is because of the Silver virus's nature. ____________________________________________________________________ Nepenthes's spirit continued to flow through the ground... or more exactely, within a large mass of life-forms... the Silver virus, in its true form... a biological, not computer, virus... well... a part of both. Nepenthes's original body parts continued to circle underground, moved by the strong magnetic fields of the virus as Nepenthes scanned overhead... but then, suddenly, he lost the signal of his foes. They must have went off the ground... The materials, virus, and Cyber-Elf came back together and reformed. Slowly, Nepenthes re-emerged, scratching the back of his head as he looked around... and then, hissed in frustration seeing his targets airborne... ... "So... we intervene?" asked Droseras. "So... you think Nepenthes played enough with them?" asked Lyric in a playful tone. "I believe it is so..." replied Droseras... ... BAM BAM BAM! In an instant, the spikes that Nepenthes had created at the beginning of the battle exploded and his aura was instantly nullified. Two shadows, one slightly smaller than Nepenthes and the other definitely smaller, stood at the egde of where the former spike walls stood. The first figure was an unknown Reploid while the second was the shape of a female humanoid creature of sorts... "Enough, Nepenthes." called the Reploid, Droseras. "Mind your place, Droseras! I am taking care of..." but then, Nepenthes felt... weird... and noticed that the piece of the Model W Biometal was now in the female human's hand! "Sorry but there was a change of plan. Return to the base." called Lyric, the human. "Bu... bu... but..." tried to protest the General, ashamed to be ordered around by inferiors... "Return to base at once. Direct order from Lord Dioneth." snapped Droseras. Nepenthes, head hanging low, slowly walked away... The two shadows now stood there, waiting for the others to notice their presence... "Huh?" "What?" The area had apparently returned to normal, although the Cyberspace connection was still active (even if not enough for them to make use of). That was enough to distract him, and then those newcomers appeared... and the first thing he felt, especially when he had seen the human, was something else... Fear... "Who... who are you?" he eventually managed to ask, once Nepenthes was forced away. He still was in a defensive position, but... what could have unnerved him? |

"Please excuse Nepenthes's aggressive behavior... He is quite... slow of the mind." said the human. "My name is Lyric... I am a faithful servant of Dioneth... or so I say when near him. In truth... I work for... a greater cause..." Lyric stepped into view. She was shockingly similar to Ciel and yet... one could sense something wrong in her eyes... a presence of sorts. Her armor, likewise, was completely white and yellow with no pink and blue in it... but most of all, her eyes had an unnatural reddish silver-like glow to them... Judging from her appearance, she was barely an adult, freshly out of her teenage years... or is it? She held the piece of Model W Biometal, smiling. "Aile... Vent... still the same fools as back in my world... or is it? Do you think... that it is right for Reploids and Humanoids to decay and disappear because of the fear of jealous, selfish Humans? | Lyric crossed her arms. "It is quite simple actually..." she closed her eyes... "Time for a history lesson for them... and a prediction of the future for you."
She opened her eyes... "After the death of Doctor Weil, the descendant of Wily, humans and Reploids finally reached an era of peace. With no foes left, peace reigned and humans and Reploids gradually grew closer... and well, as Reploids were made to be basically bio-mechanical, what had to happen... happened... and the two species begun to merge..." She then glared at Aile and Vent. "... and it's then that the Disastrous Laws were passed. Fear and paranoia motivating them, the humans decided that all Cyber Elves had to be hunted down and exterminated... and they were. All of them disappeared. The few that survived had to merge with physical supports of sorts, even unliving, to evade the slaughter... and indirectly, the first of the Biometal materials were created. But it only got "better" from here. FINALLY noticing that Reploids were not aging and that Humanoids had resistance to the effects of aging, the humans decided... to remove the aging genes and give life to everyone." Her smile widened. "Just kidding! OF COURSE, the humans got jealous and decided that EVERYONE should age, decay, and die, being in awful pain and rusting all over after barely twenty to fourty years with a maximum lifespan of a century... if you are lucky. Of course, many became upset and decided not to doom themselves... so the general population jumped on the bandwagon and the Undying, those who chose not to age and die, became the new Maverick threat!" Lyric's face... it spoke of anger... and suffering. "I... I am a Maverick... because that I want to LIVE! This is... why I hate their future! Because... it is one where life has no value!..." she then shook her head in dismay. "... and look at them... They are HUMANOIDS, half-humans... and yet, they claim to be humans! Their future is so messed-up... that the population forgot its very origins and nature. It is so... disgusting..." |

| OOC: Now I am very confused. You're end of all non-canon Zerodius? My plots of Rockman ZX (though I'm using the english names) are all events after Model W's destruction and Serpent taken out for good.

| Model O appeared floating beside Aile's head. "Cyber Elf's still exist you idiot. They ar ejust illegal to use, and are created when reploid's die, their souls transform into a Cyber Elf."
"And don't call us humanoids. Sounds like a term you call aliens from outer space," Vent said. David and Aile sweatdropped. He's been reading too much manga lately, both teens thought. |

Everyone knows that YOU are Weil's prime servant, a monster of the worst kind! You use those two as a vessel until you can be reunited with your true master, Model W!"
Lyric moved the Model W piece in her hands. "Heh... Aile... Vent... you ARE Humanoids, half-humans! Do not deny it. You are not full humans... much unlike me. I am fully human... a being of flesh. You... you are half made of flesh. Shocked? Insulted? You shouldn't be. I need to have stupid mechanical add-ons to be strong... for you, it's natural. But then, considering your total lack of intelligence... I mean, the mindless God of Destruction fooled you! How low is THAT?" The female human hid the piece under her armor. "Heh... you two are just pathetic. Look at yourselves... so simple... so naive... Do you think that those Biometals are remotely similar to the heroes they're supposed to represent? All that you have... are shadows. Even Model W is just a shadow of Doctor Weil... who was a sorry moron to begin with. A fool, if you prefer. You are fools, unworthy of my time..." She turned to Lan... "So let us forget about pity minds and focus on the real object of my interest. You... you have the Aura Buster... so it means that you must be the latest Megaman... The REAL chosen..." she smiled. "I could use you on our side. Mavericks like Dioneth and Nepenthes have been ruling over the Undying for too long. It is time justice was achieved and that a future where humans, Reploids, and all those in-between can LIVE together be made! Help us, please..." |

| "Get away you damned bastard!" Lan screamed, firing at Model O, the distance far enough that the shot wouldn't hit Aile unless she moved towards it.
Then, taking a breath and turning towards Lyric, he paid attention to what she said... and frowned. "...you're a human? But... this feeling..." he said, confused. "And... you said you want to 'live'... you want to become immortal while still being a human, or not?" His hand was glowing, and he seemed to have gotten confused. "But... you don't even look old enough to worry about dying! Why would it be so troubling for you?" Finally, he looked to the side, towards where the others were. "She's right, though... Cyber Elves are nothing but data, at least at the moment. When humans die, they die permanently... but certain programs, taking form, divided in subtypes Nurse, Animal, and Hacker, can be used to aid Reploids and mankind both, with no problem... and, in some cases, Reploids can turn themselves or others into Cyber Elves, in order to guarantee a secure survival. "In a way, I'm a prototype to you three... the first truly self-aware Cyber Elf who was created from scratch, instead of being an 'evolution'. It's part of what lets me control Rock, I suppose... but..." He had stopped; it seemed he was deep in thought. |
