Well folks, it’s Yoshi Dude’s birthday. *throws confetti, sounds blowhorn*

Most of you probably know her. YD. Why-Dee. Yoshi-Dee. ARR. Ashley. She turns 18 today! She’s officially an adult. And I, being her special friend, decided I would make this thread since last year’s birthday thread for her.

In honor of her birthday, we shall all get together and reminisce about all the things we’ve experienced with this gal. Most of you have known her longer than I have, so this will be a learning experience for me!

I remember when I met her. On a silly Uma Thurman board that I’m sure she’s directed some of you to *cough* zem *cough*. But we somehow got to chatting on AIM, and thus I was introduced to Acmlm’s. I remember the night, because I was trying desperately to finish a project when she linked me. Of course, I clicked, and instead of working, I spent the night browsing this place (er, the old one). She told me I should also try out IRC. Had it not been for her, I would have never met Monopolyman. MY LIFE WOULD BE SO DIFFERENT.
She made sure I stuck around this place, got me to come back to it time and time again, and I’ve really grown to love it here. Where on the net would I be without you, Ashley? Dun dun dun….

And then there’s the whole music thing. Nobody has successfully gotten me to like a band like you. Seriously. S-K woot woot. I’m eternally in your favor. And while we’re at it… all the music you graciously download for me because I’m a noob. THANKS.

Not to mention… other things that shouldn’t be mentioned here.

So Ashley, ARR, YD, Why-Dee, Yoshi-ARR, and whatever else you may be called around here, I hope you have an excellent birthday. You’re the coolest girl I know, don’t change one bit. Enjoy your life as an adult! You’re my bestest friend, despite the fact that you’re now old. <3

Oh, and if you’re wondering why this speech is coming from a cake… it’s cuz I’m inside it! 8D *jumps out of cake, then proceeds to jump on Ashley while covered in icing*
