| OOC: Finished with the Einharjar Series for now... I need to have my main character's dark side have more in-depth look within... "H", this battle is strictly for you, and with your character Rockman X.
Shadows swam lovingly over the darkness, weaving their way closer to their ultimate prize. Ghost like creatures moved in time with those strange shadows, floating, crawling, or both, towards what appeared to be a beacon of light. They had a good chance this time... they knew. No one save their burning prize and themselves were in the Corridor now. One ghostly hand was no further than an inch away from taking hold of its goal when he noticed. Blood red eyes pierced through shadows within a heartbeat. Despite the distance between the handful of ghostly monsters and the almost insane-looking eyes, it was obvious that the creatures were terrified. A voice purred through shadows like freshly melted chocolate tipped with pure ice. "I've told you before. He’s mine." The creatures shuddered, before shattering like glass. Footsteps echoed in their wake, echoing in time as the eyes seemed to bounce forward. Shadows parted before them like loyal servants welcoming their king. He walked up to the beacon of light. Despite the years of being with him, he had always stayed so light.... so... hikari. "He is mine, and mine alone to do as I please." He grinned, as shadows parted, and David had fallen on him. "Ugh... what the.... not again!" "Oh yes, David..." He purred a bit, petting his fingers through his black hair. David growled and tried to pull away, but everything around him was spinning like crazy. Shortly after, he had passed out. "Omph... sheesh, I should remember that muscle weights more than fat." RX slowly dragged the sleeping David in his arms. "You know Davie-kun, we should figure out what some of these doors lead to, escpeccialy," He taken the time to start kicking at a metallic looking old door, but it wouldn't budge, "This one! God damn it to X! Open! OPEN UP!" He kicked, but failed to get it to even move an inch, and just sighed, giving up. "That door needs to get blown open. Of course, once this door opens, I may be right on it releasing a memory you may never want to experience again." Than the two slowly vanished in whispers of strange light. | (Well, guess it was inevitable... Be aware, though, that if you don't want RX to die, you'd better tell me next post.)
Xen was wandering through the city, thoughtful. He was thinking back to those matches from the last few days... the ones against Shadow and Sonance's army. One part of him hated that; he didn't really enjoy fighting... not even to destroy Mavericks. In fact, that was why Neo Arcadia had been created... so he could stop fighting. Without the Maverick Virus and the Dark Elf, there was no reason for Mavericks to return... And yet, after he had sealed himself, the world just plain sucked. His copies did mistake after mistake... labeling Reploids Mavericks at will, allying with that damned Dr. Weil, and, of course... nearly bringing the death of HUMANS with their stupidity. Was that what he had ended up becoming? Nothing but a fallen symbol of their glory? He sacrificed everything just for... this? ...that... definitely wasn't fair. Still... he couldn't afford to let his darker emotions take control... not again. |

| OOC: Well dun I don't want him to get deleted. Not here, I always have things set in the long-run for RX and the super program of The Organization.
David looked around, then just as he was about to leave... "David!" Oh shit. Damn, better just over-shadow... "Hey sweetheart!" God that felt horrible... "Sweetie... you're going off somewhere are you?" "Well, yeah. I just want to go off and just, clear my mind. We've been so busy lately and everything." "Yeah I know... one Einharjar was deleted, and we all obtained weapons from Urbalos' deletion. I obtained Medusa Aura, you obtained Renshinjou, and ForteZero has Gomorrah Storm." "Yeah. I was fairly surprised myself. I mean, we haven't had anything else good than all those deletions of Rebellion viruses three years ago." "Yeah. David, just don't get yourself lost in your thoughts." "I'll be alright, I'm just gonna go take a long walk to the city." "A two mile walk?" Alia blinked twice. "... It's good exercise." "Oh, yeah sure. I wouldn't know since we're having a baby and all." She smiled, and kissed him before she entered the central elevator, and headed down to the Third Floor, which was the R&D laboratories. Well shit, David. You owe me for not blowing your cover... He walked into the second central elevator, headed down to the main lobby, then walked out the busy doors, and soon headed off down the highway. o o o "Hmm, not too much cars today, other than the occasional semi trucks." He looked around, then jumped over the railing, whilst transforming into the Command Armor, and landed without much difficulty from a four foot drop form the highway which was also like a bridge. "This small portion is mainly a desert, while everything else is a lush rainforest or mountain region, Hmph." He looked over to his right. Over on the right of his side was one of the large support pilliars, and from the outside was a door. Hidden within the door was a teleporter device. It was placed inside there ever since his yandoushi restricted inter-dimensional crossovers... but that doesn't mean he could go over there. Even though some rules apply on both ends, one rule he has to his advantage is that the body he shares his soul with is a human, and that gives him an advantage against the reploids from that timeline. So... it is time to finally have my chat with my precious X-kun... if he is the same Rockman X from 21XX... the third Maverick Uprising, when Dr. Doppler created the Limited Virus strain... He walked over and input the special twelve sequence code, then the doors unlocked and slowly slid open, and the teleporter hummed to life. He grinned. "I'm coming for you X." He stepped inside, and he felt a rush of energy surge around his shared body, before he felt his feet digitize and slowly vanish in the beam of light. Slowly, his entire body turned into data and vanished within the light, before the teleporter whipped him away out from this world. The pod's top lid lowered down, closed and locked in place and shut down, as the open door slammed shut and locked, along with the pass codes again. o o o In a hidden dark alley, lights swirled around and a body slowly appeared from streams of data. The data solidify and then they lights vanished, as he walked forward a step, and slowly opened his eyes. A maniacal grin slowly formed across his lips. "I'm back, X..." Because of the teleportation, his position would most likely be given away for a second or two, but by the time any Pantheon drones, or anybody else would have looked to see who the intruder was, there was nobody there. He blended with the few crowds of the city, the armor disabled to not look anything out of the ordinary. But inside the mind, he was scheming, wondering how he will be able to fight against his X-kun, and not attract the attention of anybody else which would most likely be inevitable. If I fight X, then the others would show up, and then it wouldn't be a one on one. A classic match. I mean sure I'm evil, I was this world's most greatest threats besides Sigma in 21XX, but that doesn't mean some of X's good intentions have rubbed off on me, then David's good intentions. I rather battle my X-kun one battler to one, no interference what-so-ever... and I especcialy do not want that Zekt character to kill me. Because, he cannot destroy me without causing any mental harm to my yandoushi... OOC: Seriously, one on one... no one else from sidelines to help. (edited by Forte.EXE on 10-23-06 10:10 AM) |

*BEEP* 'Xen, we've tracked a teleporter signal incoming! It's close to your sector!' Lan alerted, and the young teen nodded at once, beginning to run towards the blip in his radar. 'I have a feeling we know who that is... don't send back-up until I absolutely need it, okay?' he replied, and after a slow nod, he shut the connection. 'I just hope this isn't a trap...' ... In a few minutes, he was standing in an empty park, waiting. |

He looked around, spending a few bucks cause he felt hungry. He walked towards the empty park and just sat down, and finished off his burger. Old classics never die, even after years of wars and violence in this world. He smiled, enjoying the good food, then noticed X, who looked.... nervous because of his apperance. Good, so the bait has been set. He smiled mentally, as he slid his bandana over his eyes and laid back in the wooden bench. Oh X... you haven't forgotten about me have you? I mean, it's been very long since the third Maverick Uprising in the year 21XX. Unless, you ARE THE Rockman X, the famous hero who worked along side Maverick Hunter Veteran Zero of the 0th Unit... Oh I know you can hear this, but not any of your other friends. I'm speaking to you directly into your mind, so no one can hear our thoughts but the two of us... So X, how have you been all these years? |

Heh... why do I have this feeling that you have no clue what or whom I'm talking about. But then again, it's the bleak future since I was last alive. You probably forgotten about everybody, Dr. Cain, your best friend Zero, and your two prime battles against Sigma, before Dr. Doppler appeared and created the Limited Virus. |

A bomb just rolled near his feet from literally no where. It was a blue round ball with a green stripe running down the middle. How's your reaction time, X? It flashed and simply exploded. Nothing too fancy, nothing too serious, just a simple Minibomb. And the "sleeping human" vanished from the wooden bench. |

| Oh my little X-kun, I'm much closer than you think. Then he felt a presence standing directly behind him. It was him.
"Hello my X... how've you been?" And then he was gone, just like that. "Heh heh heh, mind tricks. You must love that... one of your friends, Phantom-sempai, I think... he's a ninja. Most ninjas are silent assassins." A rustle in the leaves of a nearby tree, then he dropped down, hands shoved in the pockets of his sweatpants. He was wearing no armor, so X if he attacked him would look bad in front of human eyes. "I think you better put down that little pea shooter of yours X... you don't want to look maverick in front of any humans. Just think about it; a reploid aiming his buster at a mere human... what do you think they'll do? Oh, maybe riot cause a reploid who are supposed to protect them is trying to kill a human. "I know, our worlds are different... but if there was one rule I know best; A sane reploid, one who is not maverick or irregular, must NEVER harm a human being..." He grinned with his green hazel like eyes. David really has black eyes, but he had his colored contacts in. Also, because of the clothes he wore, he looked similar to Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII, but without the oversized sword, and extra armor gauntlets and accessories. | 'Don't call Phantom that!' he grunted, before turning around... but nothing was there. Then, when his opponent appeared, he lowered his Buster... somewhat.
"You shut up... it's clear you have no idea of what happened here, right?" he asked, even as he recognized the slight nuances that indicated the area was being evacuated. "As the ruler of Neo Arcadia, I define who is Maverick or not... and the humans trust me undoubtedly." He smiled coldly. "Didn't anyone get you the news?" In reality, he was trying to play it cool; he knew he was not supposed to kill a human being... but it was not out of programming or fear of the law, or even the capacity of turning Maverick. No... as Xen had found out, what he was afraid of was killing an innocent human, for the sake of a disgraced battle that should not happen like this. Not to mention, he was certain that, as long as they seemed to be a threat, they'd be regarded as one... something he did not want. |

| "Ohh, I can sense the fear coming from you." He slowly walked forward, until he was staring right into the reploid's eyes, that sneering smile still on his face, "You cannot stop me. It' snot the laws or your core programming... it's the fear of my yandoushi's fate if I was killed. If I die by your hands, then so does he. A human not from this world or universe, dead by your soiled hands."
Then he slowly walked in a slow circle around X. "A young man who is expecting to become a father to his offspring in a four months back in my new home world. One who has many friends who would avenge his death to take down the man -- or in your case machine -- who had murdered David Lee Abbott, Supreme Commander of the Maverick Hunters, and Commander of the 17th Unit Division." As he made it around hsi right side, he leaned close and hissed into his ear these chilling words, "Unless I attack you, there isn't anything much you can do in your current situation..." | "Why does my Davie-kun hate you guys? Well... I was there when it happened. It was during the Rebellion Army days, when Netto and the others were trying to protect the net from the exotic looking viruses, which I was surprised a few of them resembled the reploid versions of this world's past...
"There was a mission David and the other Hunters took, which brought them to this deserty region. They had taken out a factory which was mass producing destructive weapons that Sonance could use... it was destroyed, then the sandstorm blocked transmission." Then X noticed something clamped around David's left wrist. It was the last year's PET Model; the PET SP, but it was altered in a way. The PET was the same size as a PET Advance circular on one side and elliptical on the other with the screen set dead center between them. Lining along the elliptical side was four claw-like golden yellow crests. The laser was located in the center of the round edge with the chip slot right underneath it. On the side of the screen closer to the elliptical end were the A and B buttons. On the other side were the power light and a small D pad. A small jack was on the edge of the PET above the screen to allow for the attachment of accessories, which attached to one accessory slot, was a Solar Sensor. The backside had all the standard parts found on a PET, including a battery compartment, with the two clamps which was attached to a wrist bracelet and snapped firmly and locked in place. The color scheme of David's Beast Battlechip Gate GX, the dark green surrounding the screen, the edges were a teal green, and the rest of the model besides the four claw-like golden yellow crests was black. "We traveled to get out form teh sandstorm and then return home, when Zekt attacked us. He was mainly interested in the Navis cause at first glance, they were orginary reploids. He never knew they were NetNavis hosted in reploid shells. "A battle began, and shortly after and a weird transformation hensin sequence, David joined in, via SamusDNA. You had no clue, how close Zekt was in ending a human life. That beam scythe of his was just inches from peircing David's heart through the armor, had I not take control and shift his weight to avoid the otherwise deadly attack." |

| "..." Xen could do little but stare, feeling a sense of nervosism. Was that-
'Xen? You hearing?' He blinked, as he realized he was receiving a communication. 'Yeah, I'm here. Is that what he said true?' he asked, and Lan seemingly began typing nervously. 'Lan?' Then, right when Xen was about to ask again, and apparently give an indication of what was happening to the other, a beep rang. 'Sorry... was stored on the old files. Anyway... no, things didn't go exactly as he said. As much as Zekt may have dealt damage to the human in self-defense, he still was going for non-lethal strikes... in fact, it didn't even seem like he had attempted to strike at the heart at any point. That story of his doesn't make any sense...' Lan replied, showing a slowed-down video of what had happened. Xen's gaze seemed to focus again. "So... that is your story. But... something that I don't understand is... why did he attack him, if Zekt was not intent in harming the human?" |

| He then spun around and stuck a pose, his right arm up as the light reflects off the LED screen of the Beast Battlechip Gate GX. "Of course, they were non-lethal, but Zekt was trying to take down David, but David was battling him because he was brave. He went into the fray to help his friends.
"I'm sure you were wondering about this?" The light shines a bit as if on cue, "The old Battlechip Gate was declared an old model after David created two weeks ago before the Chastity Program was stolen from the Trident Tower's TRINITY Brain computers. With permission from Enzan Ijuin and IPC Inc., the Beast Battlechip Gate GX is created. "But back to the matter at hand... David's been close to death by beam sabers and powerful energy attacks that would leave behind the shin bones and feet of a human struck by such a powerful blast... "The reason David attacked Zekt after donning the Command Armor, is because his friends were in trouble. He saw that his friends were having difficulty so David charged in to join his best friends." He angled the GX model a bit so the sunlight struck the Solar Sensor. "You may think that the NetNavis are nothing but mere programs created by humans, when in fact they are as very much alive as a human soul, which Netto's Navi RockMan proves... RockMan.EXE, who once was human, Netto's twin brother Saito... died of a severe heart syndrom as a baby, and his DNA constructed into data and thus a human life reborn once again as a custom Navi... "If David was in control, he would very much say the same thing. ForteZero was like a brother to him, and the same vice-versa. Forte, the Black Shadow, he's also family, along with Marino, who's supporting role is like the boys' older sister. And Zero..." He sneered. "The Blond Bomber, the blond swordsman, the Scarlet Swordsman... or formerly the Zero Virus, a strong sword-type Navi who's strength rivals that of Blues, Colonel, David, and Alia. Zero's a supporter, and if it hadn't been for Mr. and Mrs. Abbott, Zero would still be deleted today. Then there's Spider, who's a close friend. And then Alia's sister Kristi Sakamoto, her Navi Cinnamon, David's close friend Markus Strife, and Massimo.EXE. "I can go on and on my dear X-kun... but in the end, it'll never matter to you fools. Because you guys don't like history teachings from another world that differs very from here, so I think I'll shut my mouth and let your minds absorb this information." |

| "So, you're saying that, since Zekt was interested in fighting the others, and did not want to fight the human, that means he's automatically the reason why the human was put in danger? All Zero would have to do is ask for someone else to take his place, and it'd have been fine..." Xen had raised his arm again on instinct, but lowered it as soon as he saw it was nothing.
"And while I can understand the idea of concern, it still stands that it was all the human's fault for joining a match he had no need to. Zekt had stated he wanted to fight against the four, not the five. He only paid attention to him because he tried to kill him as well..." He shook his head. "Something Zekt would certainly take offense to." |

| "Heh..." His eyes narrowed dangerously, casting an overshadow as his head lowered a bit, "I think you are missing the point my dear X-kun. While Zekt may have been fighting in self-defense is you want to call it that, the mere fact that the reploid even raised his weapon at David proves he clearly despises humans who can well fight as much as reploids of this era can.
"But, I'm sure you'll try to counter back." He let out a little sigh, then chuckled, "So... are you going to fight me- oh wait I already know the answer to that. No you won't cause you're scared to kill BOTH of us, so I'll make the first move. "Not even your Cyber-Elves can stop this model. Thanks to me, Cyber-Elf powers that can stop an attack from beginning will never affect this GX Model, and its indestructable to high velocity plasma attacks. You can destroy it if you want to, but you'll have ot shoot it off my wrist which you cannot afford to make. "So at long last my X-kun, after the years of war and volence with your enemies and past demons, I have backed you into a corner you cannot escape from! Long Sword Battlechip, slot-in!" He slid in a Battlechip into the Battlechip Gate, and then appearing in a swirl of data was a hand-held version of the Long Sword, which he grasped in his right hand. The irredenscent glow from the light bluish blade slowly begun to shine a soft golden color, gathering energy from the Solar Sensor. "Now prepare yourself X!" Even without the Command Armor, David was still just as fast, sprinting forward to unleash an overhead slash across his chest. |

| "Despise... why? Just because he found an equal? From what he told me, he actually liked the fight, despite the fact that he quit so soon." Still, Xen knew there was no more arguing... the way this guy acted, it was going to be hard for him to avoid a confrontation.
Still... just because he couldn't harm him didn't mean he was just going to let him attack him like that. As soon as RX dashed at him, he slid to the side, all the while maintaining a clear view of him. 'Just got to stall for time...' |
