| This seemed to spark an anger in Metal Man - the barrier suddenly expanded, destroying the blizzard, while he switched into the Quick Boomerangs again. "Don't talk about my brother like that..." he snarled, before rushing to get to Zero, running faster than even normally in this state. He could feel his feet were burning, but... 'That guy... I'm gonna show him!'
As soon as he got close, he began firing boomerangs like crazy, trying to hit Zero. It wouldn't help that these boomerangs were being boosted in speed as well, so they were pretty much blurs... |

*CLICK* Metal Man's eyes widened for a split second, as he realized he had ran out of ammo. Dang, he had fired too many... he needed to figure out another strategy, fast! ...well, it wasn't as if he had much to lose... switching back to the Bubble Lead, he fired again, trying to hit Zero at least once. |

'Damn it to hell...' he thought, even as he heard the dull click that meant he was out of ammunition again. 'Guess I should use the last one, then... I'll just have to hope this works fine...' He glared towards Zero, then backdashed a while. "Dang, I'm pretty banged up right now... how about this? I'm gonna try one last attack, and you won't do absolutely nothing: no chips, no defense, no anything, just stay there and see if I can hit you. If I do, you admit your defeat, if not, I'll do the same. Okay with you?" |

"Zero, Layer here." Zero raised an eyebrow, but listened in to his COM, "Your opponent is planning to do something, but I cannot get any clear readings on what he is about to do. You'll just need to keep your defenses high before you can get a clear shot at defeating him." Zero knew when to trust Layer, since she specialized in enemy diagnostics and attack analysis. So he pretty much prepared for the worst. |

| "Okay, then..." he smiled behind his mouthplate, switching to a blue and white color. "As you wish..." Mentally, he activated one last command set for the battle: if Zero's energy got too low, he'd be stunned and paralyzed in whatever square he ended on, while he would NOT suffer enough damage to be defeated, whatever was left being absorbed by the field... but he WOULD feel the pain nevertheless. The third subroutine locked Zero's Folder and Subchips as well.
Then, once done, he dashed towards Zero, until he was pretty much close enough that he could be attacked... but before he did anything, Metal Man fired. EVERYTHING in the world seemed to have stopped to him, as he had, literally, stopped time... or, to those who were far more intelectual in stuff, became so fast, it wouldn't have made a difference. But he didn't have enough time to waste... so, immediately, he set into action. Deciding that it would be a good way to pay back for all the cheap shots, he first kicked between his legs HARD, then moved behind him, fired enough Metal Blades that his wings ought to be broken apart, if not ripped out, then pulled two separately. Then, he rammed them right on Zero's back, moved so he'd kick off the Navi, and began flying around him, firing as many Metal Blades as he could... then, just to make it worse, began twisting his arms behind his body. Grinning, he just flew back to the ground, and turned towards Zero. "And so time continues..." he muttered, before the effects of the Time Stopper were over. (OoC: I seriously suggest you do not mess this up.) |

| Zero grimaced, but then folded himself into a tight ball as his wings locked together, proving to become a powerful barrier, just as time froze, and all those attacks came.
As a result, whatever damage Zero suffered was halved. The damage that had occured sent his defensive body crashing into a nearby building when time had resumed, and that said small building crumbled, and then collasped, creating a large billowing cloud of smoke to cover the entire battlefield. It would seem Zero was defeated? Unlikely. He wasn't even in critical levels. Beams of light shot from the rubble before it exploded, and Zero came out with a few scrapes on his armor, but he was fine, and he was in the position that signaled he was protecting something, or rather someone. The building was not a home, but it housed a homeless child. He also was no longer in his Absolute Zero Hyper Mode. He got up from the ruins and quickly carried the scared child away from Metal Man. I can't believe that bastard would even fight where humans could get injured! That son of a bitch... He ran into a building that housed a family, and told them that he saved the kid from a collasping building. He left the child wiht the family and told them to head elsewhere safe, before he ran back out, forming his Z-Buster and skidded to a halt five feet from the reploid. "You bastard! Did you have any idea how close that child came to dying! Damn maverick! I oughta rip your heart out for putting these humans in danger..." He muttered in a dark tone of voice. He had so much hate and anger in his voice, this would make Metal Man's Zero raise an eyebrow at this outburst. o o o "ForteZero?" His Navi back in his reploid body shook his head. "Sorry David. Slayer and RoseMan got away." David blinked, and just stared at his best friend. "How? With help from Blues and RockMan, it would of been easy!" "Urbalos Banshii came by and helped Slayer steal the Chastity Program from the TRINITY Brain!" FLASHBACK Slayer picked up Blues with his foot and threw him into RockMan, knocking them both to the floor. ForteZero ran up to his friends and helped them up. "Luck has been kind to you today." He deactivated and put away his lightsabers before running away. He dug his claws deep into a wall and scaled it onto the ceiling. He continued running until he was positioned over the center of the room and let go. He landed on the platform in the middle of the chasm and climbed up the platform. He grabbed the Chastity Program and turned to RockMan and Blues. "We will meet again, Net Saviors," Slayer swore. Urbalos Banshii flew by, and unleashed a large wave of sound which blew all three Navis away, and snatched up Slayer and took him out of the pit. After flying through the corridor, he shot up the long tunnel, and brought him back outside. "Thank you," Slayer said and logged out. Urbalos Banshii smiled and hissed a chuckle before she vanished into streams of data. END FLASHBACK "DAMN IT ALL!" Everyone in the hallways all fell deathly silent as David smashed his fist into the wooden table, causing it to break. ForteZero and every other Maverick Hunter personnel backed to the walls as David stormed off. Alia was very concerned, but with her husband in this type of mood, she knew that he needed to vent off his anger. | He walked clear past Metal Man, his face still holding that dark scowl, as his Z-Buster transformed back into a hand, and his Z-Saber he pulled out transformed into a familiar broadsword.
"Tetsusaiga!" He slammed the red colored blade into the ground, and wind cutting energy washed into the side of the large EMP field, it sparked, before the energy field shattered completely. I should of fucking done this when that shield went up... Zero spun around, resting the large non-red blade on his shoulder, and glared hard. "Now, I want answers! Who's the person who infiltrated the cyber world and tried to delete Sonance but failed to do so? And I warn you; try anything funny, and I'll use the Hyper-Magnatron to self-destruct your power core." |

| "Always so irritating..." Daedalus rolled his eyes, before he pulled a chip from inside his body. "Now, I won't lie to you. My information may not be completely certain, and I'm working with a lot of chance here, but... if it isn't that guy Zekt and the lot beat a while ago, and if my suspicions are correct..." he sighed, before offering him the chip. "Install this, and you'll see the data, while I tell you, okay?"
The chip contained the information on RX's appearances that the Reploids had seen, although it'd only show HIM, mostly, and, in the case of the latter situation, not Zero. "As for what I know... and you better pay attention... his name is RX. He is a runaway Maverick who came from this world to yours, in some manner I have no idea of... and who currently took the form of a person you guys know well." He glared at Zero, then. "David." Taking a breath, he continued. "It may sound retarded, but it's true. Your new enemy is, conveniently, your greatest ally... and you guys didn't know a thing, right?" He waited for Zero's reaction, and then continued. "That guy swore he'd kill me... so he'd 'finish what Slur began'. Pah! And don't even try to attack me. I'm supposed to be explaining things to you, and if you touch me, this entire CITY will be destroyed. So keep your sword away." "Anyway... he's the guy who made you lot fight Epsilon, and who was going off around in the backstage. I think he's even got control over Shadow's 'Einherjars', but I wouldn't be too sure. After all... I don't have enough information." He then closed his eyes. "THAT is why, according to you, we 'hate' David... because of the fact that he's nothing but a host to the real villain," he stated, before smiling, "...and because he's a jerk who hates us because Zekt happened to be better than him." "So... next question?" |

| Metal Man could see Zero's hand grip the Tetsusaiga's handle harder now. "... If I find out later that this is just a hoax, I'm coming back and I'll be knocking on the door with my good old Sigma Blade..." He put his free hand against the side of his helmet, "Layer, transport chip item. Now."
The chip that was in Metal Man's hand, it transfered into cyberworld material and vanished into data. All chip was deleted, but its information was stored onto a flash drive back at HQ. "Data extraction complete, Zero," Palette confirmed, taking the flash drive out of the USB slot. "Good..." He lowered his hand now and looked at the reploid. "You do know, that Alia's pregnant right? If you kill this "RX" and it ends up killing David, she'll be distraught, and their child in four months will be distraught on why he or she doesn't have a father... or didn't you know that David's wife was pregant at all, and of course killing David would consitute a major crime and you'll all be hunted down like dogs and brought to justice. Of course I won't be able to confirm anything until David and I can take a look at that data. Usually Alia would but she's off duty until the child is born. "Second of all, about Epsilon; he had it coming. Since only the general of us have reploid forms in the human world, we had no choice but to show up, including Scarface, the damn bastard. He almost killed Alia and the baby if Forte didn't show up and rescued her. "Thirdly, how the hell do you know of the Eight Einharjar? We knew of their existance when Shadow and his eight mega viruses attacked RockMan and the others in Electopia, in Netto, Meiru, Shun, and Noah's home. "And finally, never talk shit about my commanding officer. Even though he's just human, he's been through too much in his childhood. He grew up without a family because of a terrorist attack by Nebula when he was twelve, he lost his Navi to PlantMan when he tried to save the library computers from having their data drained. But then again, you reploids," he stressed on the name, "don't goive a damn because in another world, David is one of the world's most smartest minds besides Mr. Kaiyou, Hikari Netto's father and head scientist Dr. Yuuchiro, Meijin-san, Makoto Aoni, and Dr. Cossack. "You guys only "hate him", because he created six reploid bodies; one for me, Forte, ForteZero, Marino, Spider, and Leviathan, and that his brand is much better superiour to you guys since he's made our reploid shells to interact as humanily as possible, which also includes other things I'm pretty sure whoever created the reploid race here could never do..." He then turned around, the weapon vanishing, and his armor vanishing, as his civilian clothes reappeared, making him look totally human. "Until the data can be analyzed, it's just collected data, so I've completed my mission. Oh, there was somethign David wanted me to tell you to give to Zekt." And then he flipped him off, "Give that message to Zekt for me. Thanks." And then he streamed off into a beam of light, crossing over worlds and returning home. o o o "Zero, did you really have to do that message request for David?" "What Palette? David hates that guy because he almost killed him one time, which also pisses me off to somewhat." The pigtailed blond just sighed and handed him the flash drive. "Oh Zero, I highly suggets you bring something to protect yourself. Because David's rather in a very pissy mood." Zero blinked. "Uhm, yeah, thanks Palette." And he walked off. Exiting the door, he spotted ForteZero and Leviathan making out on a couch. "Hey you two, go to your own bedroom." And then he ran off because Leviathan threw the couch at him. |

"Me and the others got fed up after that damned-to-all-hell army of hers invaded this world... just because Zekt set his teleporter to come here, so, when one of you seeked for him, you'd always come here. That's why Scarface and Ferham didn't appear at all between that time... they died here. I'd show you, but... I suppose you don't care, right?"
"And of course we know she's pregnant - stupid jerk taunted us a lot with that," he snapped back, and took one step closer. "And before you say anything more, if he appears here and tries to fight us... be aware that WE have the rights in this world. You guys don't have ANY rights at all to demand that we serve into YOUR law if he dies here..." A pause, as he looked to the side. "Not that your precious human would die. We aren't Mavericks." "Call it a preview. One of them appeared here, as you'll see in the data, and he mentioned them." Daedalus took a pause, then, as he heard what Zero was saying... and faster than the Navi would be able to react, he slapped him hard, managing to make him release the weapon. "And SHUT THE FUCK UP, YOU DAMNED ASSHOLE BASTARD! HOW MANY TIMES MUST I TELL YOU THAT WE DON'T HATE HIM JUST BECAUSE HE'S AS SMART AS MY MOM AND GRANDMA, LIGHT, WILY, COSSACK, X, AND ALL THE OTHER ROBOTOCISTS AND REPLOID BUILDERS IN THE PLANET?! WHAT THE FUCK GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO THINK WE CARE THAT SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION MANAGED TO REACH THE SAME TECHNOLOGICAL STATE AS US? IT'S GONNA HAPPEN TO EVERYONE, DEAL WITH IT, YOU BASTARD!" If Zero tried to attack, the subroutine would reactivate, paralyzing his body and not letting him move until he was done. "...if this is your concept of 'right'..." the boy eventually whispered, turning away, one hand still a fist, "then I suppose you're hopeless." Saying that, he began running away, a few minutes passing, before Zero could leave. |

o o o David was indeed pissed off. Training Bay Area 3 was totaly trashed. Plasma burns in the floors and walls, ground ruptures, and the earthy soil also showing through the steel ground works, and David collapsing to the floor, and his Command Armor formatting back into the belt, drained of energy. I told you not to go exhaust yourself over a small little matter, but no, you had to ignore your Inner Voice and go exhaust yourself. Up yours RX. I'm just being polite is all. Even though I'm supposed to be evil and all, I guess being nice and getting concerned about your well being because of the link we share between hikari to yami. Are you gonna make another Yu-Gi-Oh!-ish statement or are you going to shut up? I'm just saying what's on my mind is all Davie-kun, you know that... besides, I can't trully reveal myself. In fact, Sonance and the others had no clue I manipulated them all. When "he" shows up again, Forte and him will go at each other's throats, becaise originaly Sonance was the only Super Navi to exist even long after the Datk Nation was fallen thanks to Netto, Enzan, myself, and Shun. That reminds me, you did enjoy that Egyptian Exhibit, didn't you? A day after Sonance was deleted? Yes I have... finally was able to go at long last, and be able to cross that part off my list. David felt his dark soul smile for once. A warm smile. And then it vanished as the doors opened, and in stepped Zero. "Holy shit... what the hell?" "I also collected some valuable data, but that guy told me that you had some sort of something called RX...?" Don't you DARE tell him, or else... "What's an RX?" "Hmm... thought so. So that's one little lie." "Zero, I have a job you can do for me. Can you transfer yourself into the cyber world, gather some reports in Alia's laptop and then head to Yuuchiro's computer at the Science Labs? It's a report I need him to look up that he, General Stolz, and Meijin-san can look and research up on." Zero nodded, handing his commanding officer the flash drive. "This has the data you can analyze. I'll get the data and then head to Sci-labs via the net." Then Zero turned around and walked out. There... I lied. Now what? Manipulate this data to make it look like it was filled with worthless information, but then, you'll make the statement that crossing over into that world will no longer be allowed, and then the data signature we have will be permanently deleted off the base records. ... That would be a good idea, save our troops from a bunch of super machines that could be bent on destroying and killing all of us, especcialy that bastard Zekt. That's good... heh, and if they do show up, we have the Hyper-Magnatron's to self-destruct their core functions and thus kill them permanently. |
