They're coming (or have came). I happen to have an assignment due (for 190 points, almost as much as the total points possible so far) for my webdesign class and then a boring math exam coming up afterwards.

Any other horror stories, or do most of you have longer semesters, putting them in January sometime?

Yeah I have mine in january sometime.

English - The joy of having a group of english teachers together in one building grading tests is too much. (If all english teachers are as querky as my english teacher)

Math - "then a boring math exam coming up afterwards."

World Geo - See math

Chem - X_x I don't want to think about this one untill I have to.

Biology - Woo bio, the course I love the most. I will do good on this midterm!

But most people in high school will probally have the same set of boring exams as me.

So THAT'S what you meant last night... XD

Well, good luck with them. I mean, midterms can't be avoided... the only problem comes if teachers decide to schedule two on the same day, in which case you curse the fact you chose those two classes to begin with.

Eh. Midterms are just around the corner for me.

I know that within these two weeks I have a Physical Science exam, an Economics exam, an Art exam and a Oral Presentation for Art.

I don't know about Logic class though. I took a test last week but I would not be surprised if we got another one at the end of October.

English: "Here is a self-graded test, which is a practice test, and does not effect your grade. I suggest you not look at it until around the finals, and even then, do so to see how well you've studied."

Geography: "Here is another evil test in which I will quiz you on random factoids on everything with no real predictability as to WHAT I think should be quizzed."

Speech: "A lame 100-question easy test is in your future! Study harder than you did if you got an A." (I studied 3 days straight; any more would explode my brain)

Math: "Yet another standard math quiz. Easy. Just continue as normal."

My school doesn't really believe in midterms, as you can see. None of these classes have a midterm, so to speak, but rather they continue with their battery of tests throughout. In fact, I think last week was the midterms, and I didn't even notice it.

I have a test in kanji and a test in Japanese grammar in January. Also probably going to take the JLPT (or something) in February.

Midterms are in the second week of December for us (although last year they were waived, for the most part)

English: I don't think we'll have a midterm on this, just a regular test and an oral presentation about world countries.

Superior Algebra: Easy as 3.1415926535897932384626433832795.

US History: ERROR- Could not process data... ashgajshgajhgsdjhagsdajh

Drama: Acting out a small play. Easy.

Chem: My ass will never be the same

Spanish: Literary history for teh lose.

With a camera and this, perhaps?

I don't have midterms at my school, and think the prospect is rather silly. Only some final exams which don't happen for a while, some of which are on a provincial scale. Nothing major, though.

I'm lucky thus far. 2 actual midterm exams; one was for spanish, some kind of oral presentation that was, although annoying, pretty easy that I managed a 97% on. For Philosophy and the Just Society we had a full out essay-style midterm that I think I might have aced, but grades aren't in yet. Not too bad this semester.

This, actually, but close.

It's a special version that stands alone and goes great in fullscreen.

It works better there since, you know my computer can actually render it 4 times a secon

I should point out that this is not merely a one-day exam; it is ongoing until, presumably, either I fuck up or my present employment ends for some other reason.

Glad I could make you laugh. I was actually just trying to humorously express how old topics like this make me feel (Despite being all of ten months removed from school).

Well, as long as counting down the time to the midterm doesn't put extra pressure on you... whatever floats your boat.

Considering that I'm down to 20 hours and I still need to fit 5-10 hours of sleep in there somewhere, yeah, I'm just a little worried.

That's totally awesome. I never would have thought I could do something like that with PHP and the meta-refresh was a nice touch.
