I don't know if this happens to other users who aren't logged in but sometimes when I try to log in or look at other threads (when not logged in) I go to a screen that says "Your IP address has been banned from this board." See, I use AOL, could that be the case?

I think yes. It can happen with all ISPs that give out dynamic IPs. The only thing you can do is order an static IP adress for extra cash (and that only works with few providers)

pretty negligible, but if someone makes a post and then deletes it, they still show up as the last person who posted on the home page. Then if you try to go to the no longer existant last post they made, it gives this error:

Not sure if this's been mentioned before, but the (edited by ...) text doesn't reflect timezone offsets. It always goes by EST.

The current method used to store that text does not allow updating for timezones.

Well, I don't really care anymore, but it's just that some avatars just are kind of annoying to me, that's all.

Plus, it's not like my parents would let me get on Acmlm's again if they saw Kyofu Kawa's previous avatar.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but if I am on another website, then come here (I have the board's address "saved" in my address bar, so I can come directly here), I see all the boards up to SMW Hacking, then it cuts off before finishing who moderates it. If I refresh or go to another page on the board and come back, it's fixed. What's the major malfuction with the board? Is it shy?

Which browser are you using, and on what operating system are you using it?

I have not seen this problem before, I would be interested to see if it has to do with your settings.
