| Story opens with a shot of a hospital bed, with three doctors huddled around it.
Doctor #1: Do you guys think he'll make it? Doctor #2: I don't know-- this is the most severe case of rabies I have ever seen. Doctor #3: His vital signs... they're transitioning from highly rapid to barely existant. As the word existant is said, the patient bolts into an upright position, foaming at the mouth. Doctor #2: Quick! Pull the f***ing plug! Doctors One and Three try to pull the plug, and succeed. Doctor #1: Phew... Just then, the patient's eyes roll back into his head, and Doctor Three is lifted into the air. Doctor #3: Aaaaargh! HELP.... ME....!!!! The Doctor's head spontaeneously combusts into a purple fire until nothing but the skull is left. The skull falls to the ground, and is crushed into powder. Doctor #1: We gotta get the hell out of here! Doctor Two runs for the steel door. Right as he is about to turn the knob, the door flies back very fast, smashing the Doctor through the glass and into the concrete wall, blood spraying everywhere. Doctor #1: Dear God... Doctor One kneels down to pray. As he is praying, the patient stands up out of the bed. He walks over to Doctor One, who has a ghastly look in his eye. The patient holds out his hand, as if to help up the Doctor. The Doctor slaps it away, which apparently infuriates the patient. The patient then takes four steps back, lifting his hand. Air can be seen flowing into his hand. Then, medicine and files fly into it. A ball, roughly the size of a tennis ball, comes about eight inches away from the patient's body. Everything in the room is being sucked into it. Soon, the force is too powerful, and Doctor One flies into it, his body like paper when an angry fist crumples it. All the walls collapse, falling into it, and soon the only thing left standing is the patient, on the ground where the hospital used to be. The patient walks down the sidewalk a little bit, turning when the first stop presents itself. He walks into a Goodwill. Old Lady Clerk: Hello, how may I... |

| OOC: Yes, it is joinable. It takes place in a city, with city features like apartments, etc. No characters from video games, though.
Last time: Old Lady Clerk: How may I...? Now: Old Lady Clerk: Aaaaaaah! Get the hell away! Patient: Lady, listen to me. I do not wish to harm you. My name is Alan. The man who called himself Alan seemed to talk without moving his lips. Alan: All I need is some aspirin, and a phone. Old Lady Clerk: Well... here is some aspirin, and the phone is over there. The lady threw the aspirin bottle at the man, who missed the throw. When the aspirin hit the ground, his eyes rolled back into his sockets. He grabbed the pricing tape off the counter with his mind, and forced it down the Old Lady's throat until she collapsed. Then, he walked over to the phone, dialing 287-4310. Alan: Is the Don there? Man on the other end: Yeah, but who is this?! Alan: Nevermind, just get me the Don. 30 seconds pass, and a deep voice answers. Don?: What do you want? Alan: Revenge. It's Alan, the one you gave the Rabies to, remember? Turns out they helped me out a bit. Just call me Psiguy. | As the phone falls loose from Psiguy's hands, his face bolts to a sharp look, aimed at the speaker. Psiguy dashes forward, and blasts the stranger back using a bit of telekinetic energy. As the man is on the ground, Psiguy walks over to him.
Psiguy: For what you've just heard, I should smash your head into the ground right now. However, by reading your mind, I can tell you're who I'm looking for. You have two choices. a) You stand up right now, we kill some people, and we go kill the little mofo. or b) Me and you take this on right now, starting with my fist and ending with your funeral. --- Pick now. If a), Psiguy picks up Vlad, throwing him at the wall and preparing to fight. If b), Psiguy helps Vlad up and they walk out of the store, down the sidewalk, and toward downtown. --- |

| Psiguy: Very well then.
(OOC) Rules: We use the -BASOAD- rule: Beyond a Shadow of a Doubt. An attack can only connect if it has a high-ish percentage. It is left up to the other person as to whether or not they are hit. No godmoding, either. (/OOC) Psiguy quickly looks around his surroundings. Using telekinetic force, he pushes most of the item shelves to the back wall, with a loudish sound. Two remain on the floor near the two. Seeing the teen levitate into the air, Psiguy seizes the opportunity by grabbing one of the nearby shelves. He throws this at the teen. As it is traveling through the air, Psiguy dashes under it, jumps using some force, and telekinetically pushes Vlad into the oncoming shelf. If this hits, he goes back a little way, preparing for the next move. If this doesn't hit, he rolls back and prepares to guard. OOC: Be reasonable! |

Second, "at the last second he dodges the bookcase at the last second" -- I said that Psiguy rushed under pushing him into it. Even had the shelf not hit you, Psiguy's push would have at least sent you into the floor. Be more realistic. Seeing the miraculous dodge, Psiguy stands ready. OOC Again: "Vlad quickly finds a teady bear (yes a teady bear) and enguflfs it in flames hotter than the surface of the sun twords psiguy." Right here, you never actually say that Vlad threw the teddy bear, only that he engulfed it in flames. Psiguy grabs the teddy bear that is engulfed in flame. Quickly, he grabs it and shoves it against Vlad's chest. The sound of sizzling flesh could easily be heard. |

| Psiguy walks over to the door, Vlad behind him. He turns around, looking at the rubble. He snaps hia fingers 13 times, and the entire building goes back in time 13 minutes. Everything is normal. They then set off down the road, to downtown.
Psiguy: You up for a burger? |
