| What's your favourite song in a video game and why? Mine would probably be Bloody Tears (Castlevania series). It and all it's variations and remixes are completely awesome. I also like Scars Left By Time (I think that's what it's called) on the Chrono Cross sound track. And we can never forget about Tetris. ^^ | |||

| My favorite song, since the first time I heard it, is Otherworld from Final Fantasy X. The reason I like this, it's my type of music and it really suits the moment in the game when the city of Zanarkand is being destroyed. It has this 'doom is coming' type of sound to it. | |||

I could have sworn I've seen one of these threads recently. 
Probably, my favorite ones are Magnus's theme and Crono's theme from Crono Trigger, The boss music from FF4 (Culex from SMRPG), and the Tetris theme. |

| Crystal Chasm, from Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble. It sounds so mysterious, as if Rare knew the meaning of life and implemented it into this one song. I recommend at least hearing it, please. If you do, URL is underneath.

| A song? To me no good games really have songs, just main themes. I like most of the Super Mario themes (But I absolutely hate the SMB theme).
The ones that stand out to me most are the SMW theme (Piano), or the Bob-Bomb level from SM64. I would never actually listen to these on my MP3, though. |

Hm, this list can be made long. The second Wily Castle theme in MM3. (Such a song that gets stuck in your mind) Battle with Dark Force in Phantasy Star IV. (Chaotic sounding and a kick-ass melody) Battle with Culex in SMRPG. Forest Maze from SMRPG. (Catchy song) Dancing Mad from FFVI. (No, I didn�t mention it just because you did, Neb. I happen to like that chaotic sounding theme. You don�t battle many bosses with just plain organ music. And it fits Kefka's madness.) |

There are really too many awesome songs in games for me to list them all. Green Hill Zone, Star Light zone, Mystic Cave Zone, I can't pick between those three which is better, and that's just one game, There's also bloody tears, Vampire Killer, Mad Forest, Aquarius, the whole Sunset Hill tracks from Sonic Advance 3. Astro Man, Frost man, Search man, Aqua man, from megaman 8. Alone in the World, Port Town, Lone Bird in the Shire, from Wild Arms. Stage 2, and the CV4 remix from Castlevania Bloodlines, Weapons Association from Arc the Lad 3, Lake on Ymir, Abyss of Thor, Mysterios Ja*p*on, Tales of Phantasia, Cammy, Guile, Ken from SSF2. Enchanted Wood from DKC2. Seriously I could go on all day, tomorrow, and the day after that, but I just can't pick one I like more than the others. |

Green Hill Zone, Castle Corridor from Aria of Sorrow, the FF4 battle and boss music, Still More Fighting from FFVII, Cornered from Phoenix Wright, Star Battle Theme from SMRPG, the Bus theme from Earthbound, the Runaway Five theme from Earthbound, Alkaiser's theme from Saga Frontier, No Mercy, Writhe in Pain, Holy Orders, and Blue Water Blue Sky (all from Guilty Gear XX), half of the soundtrack to Guardian Heroes, the Bonne Family theme from Megaman Legends... And the list will go on. There's no point in identifying a single one. Plus, I mean, I play DDR. Why are you asking me to choose one? |
