You probably should have mentioned to this person that they should be wary of what they select. If you read the EULA it mentions popups and other junk if you install the EMusic crap, and I don't know what "Active Security Monitor" is but it certainly sounds fishy. (I never thought I'd say this, but anyone know a better player than Winamp? I'm worried it's slowly turning into a spyware-infested pile of dung.  ) |

I know someone like this.... you send him a Vorbis file, and he gets confused as hell. Every single time. Same with AVI and stuff. Oh and he has no concept of reading wtf he's installing (there's one problem most average-joes have with Windows: They don't pay attention to what they're installing with a program)

| Yeah, I might just go back to that. I'd rather have something that can work on Linux too though (without faking a Windows environment). Command lines are good, but not for media players... just makes more sense to me to have a GUI for those. | |||
