Sometimes we have a call we call the "Call of the Day". Today's.... Problem: I cannot log into the Application Portal. The page doesn't work right. Actual Problem: Client is trying to log into a JPG.  WINNER!! |

| Yeah, I took the call. It was from a rather distressed woman who thought that the web page wasn't working because she'd missed a deadline -- although there wasn't even a deadline as such.
There was however a date for a transition to a slightly upgraded system. An email was sent out to everyone about it, and the changes they should expect. It was this email that was the source of both the "deadline" and the "faulty login page"
We had included a screenshot of the page to let users know in advance what to expect. It was this screenshot that she was attempting to log into. |

| I can't really laugh at this. Why? Well, one time I was looking to change my desktop back to something I had had it as before.
EE: "Hmm, let's see here. Ah, 'desktopXXXXX.jpg', there it is." *Changes desktop to this image* (XXXXX was a date of some kind) What I had actually changed it to was a SCREENSHOT of my previous desktop.
