Although I do not hack. I would like to have approval so that I may reply in the SMW hacking, Pokemon, and ROM hacking forum.Although, most of my previous post in SMW hacking are either n00bish or completely stupid I would like another chance to post in the forums.

Well, heck if you want the truth I'll just tell you. It isn't like I'm going to be very active there, because I'm not. I know hardly anything about hacking. I'm just wanting approval just in case I find something interesting and so I can say I have approval.
