Yeah, Doom Legacy was FUN. We should do that again in the future.

And I liked Scorched Earth.

Especially when we were getting kills where their health would be -4127.6%.

Yeah, but that's the fun part. It's not simply killing the opponent, but seeing exactly how nasty you can get with the kill.

It's not really a DOOM clone. You edit the maps ingame and it's pretty neat. But you would have to set it so they cant do that in the server.

It is neat, but it is limited. The games go by very quick too. Its REALLY fast.

Hmm, Cube looks intresting. I probably go check it out.

Yeah, the only thing that Doom has to do with Cube is that they're both FPS's. They're quite different.

I wish that Skulltag was still internet playable. That would be an awesome game for an Acmlm tourney.

When the hell did you start talking about Cube? I used to play that constantly. Wow.

I love the map editor, though. It is hilarious.

So, I want to do a Cube tourney, for sure.

Hmm...

Well Colin and I were trying out Kaillera with my -bad- 56K via MAME emulators. Kawaks seemed to be the most stable (no desyncs) but at best it would be about half a second behind on my key presses so it made it kinda hard to kick Colin's butt around (which I actually did a few times).

The only two we tried a lot were Magical Drop III and Twinkle Star Sprites (you heard me). TSS seemed to do the better of the two in that most of ours seemed to be about even. However, I'm not sure if I should've won because of lag or what the deal was.

That could be a game waiting to be tourney. As I said before, though, Magical Drop III might just be another one that people would want to do...but I would strongly recommend having a VERY good connection to play (not 56K; even a good one, and I've had them, would lag back). Twinkle Star Sprites could probably be done with 56K connections provided you've got something around the lines of at least 2.5K/sec UL/DL (which, for most of you, shouldn't pose a problem BUT...).

Those are a few ideas to throw out. MAME/Kaillera worked better than I could have hoped. ZSNES ANYTHING should be considered a possibility right about now.

Yea, out of the three times me and Xkeeper have beaten Kirby Super Star, I'm quiet sure we never desynced....

ZSNES is definatly stable.
