Why is it that when I click the jar file it does nothing? or
why does the jar file open in Winrar?

Which one does it do, open in Winrar, or do nothing? This is a very unspecfic problem if its both.

First, this is not a ROM hacking question. Second, if .jar files open in WinRAR it is because someone associated that file extension with WinRAR some time in the past. It should not need a program associated with it to be used.
